If you’re a big Ruben fan this place hands down makes the best in Salem! My Husband and I picked a random place to have brunch for my birthday, and I’m so happy we stopped here. We Give this place 10 stars service was excellent and food was delicious. We will definitely be regulars!

Love the quaint homey vibe! I love getting their corn beef hash and it is always fresh which, if you eat corn beef hash you know is rare. Also amazing hot chocolate! Love going on brunch dates.

Very nice family bistro restaurant. Features comfort food breakfast & lunch. Great cinnamon rolls and cheesecake. My omelet was very good; nice fluffy eggs. They used to have an espresso machine, but don’t any more; I miss that, sigh… Friendly staff. Very busy at times, but usually no real wait. Menu has recently been streamlined a bit, so you might have to “construct” an old favourite with sides.

Convivial about sums it up. A very nice vibe. The owner was super nice. The food was very good. The sausage gravy is in a realm of its own. I am from PA, and this was so much better than the stuff they make back home. The breakfast burrito/wrap was so much better than it sounded in the description.
