They call tostadas chalupas and are very rude when corrected. When I said something about it, they said “yeah we aren’t authentic. You will need to deal with it.” Clearly don’t care about incorrect names or customer service. Will definitely not go again. A taco salad is pictured in a shell on the wall but it is a few corn chips and a salad with a little taco meat. After topings, I spent over $10 for these two “chalupas”. Which are clearly not chalupas by any definition.

So apparently this is supposed to be potato Skins and an enchilada. Never ordered enchilada and the Skins should’ve had more on them or the side. Went inside the restaurant to correct and acted like it was my fault. First off, an enchilada doesn’t look like that. 2nd, potato Skins should be fully loaded unless stated judging by the amount you charge. Last 2 photos are what they substituted.

Love the cheese enchilada (take one uncooked & microwave.. excellent) potato skins are crisp on outside & soft on inside. Best served with spicy and sour cream. This is a must stop when I visit!

I moved out of Burlington almost 10 years ago and haven’t been here in a few years. I visited about a week ago. This is always been a go to place for me. Staff is great. I got a few regular tacos and the shells were different, which I was bummed about. But the food is still great!

Best taco place in Southeast Iowa. My wife and I love their chicken pita tacos. They are to die for. When the weather is nice you can eat outdoors and watch the goats in the back within the enclosed area. I had one goat give me a look like: “You’re going to eat that in front of me?” Yep. I’ll be back soon. Curious about their chimichangas as well. Will update when I get the chance to try them.
