We ordered lunch online to pick up. We ordered two salads and a veg bowl. When we got back to the office there was virtually no lettuce in the salads and the lettuce we got was old and wilted so badly it looked like cooked spinach. It was the worst meal I have EVER gotten from Chipotle. Photos are attached. The lid with the lettuce is all of the lettuce in the entire salad. The second salad was just as bad and it shows virtually no lettuce and clearly the lettuce is old. Horrible. Tired to call but no way to reach location and on chat I was disconnected 3 times. Extremely disappointing!

never had an issue dining in, although my first and only experience with the mobile ordering wasn’t supreme however I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and assume it was an off day. food is always fresh and I think it’s worth the money.

Food is cold, bag was wet and falling apart by the time I opened it the bowl is half full definitely the lightest bowl I’ve gotten from any Chipotle brown old lettuce right on top first thing you see when you open the bowl but when I pulled up to the window there’s 3 guys standing there having a conversation. overstaffing with people who don’t want to work definitely won’t fix the fact that this place is garbage. Worst place to take your money and for $15 it’s very disappointing.

Wow. Just wow. Where do I even start? When I was driving home from a tiring day of work I was thinking, hmm chipotle sounds kinda yummy. I went back and forth for a minute or two deciding if I wanted to spend my hard earned dollars on food or make it at home. I took the gamble and to say the least was not disappointed. I don’t go into chipotle myself much but when I opened those doors I was greeted to a loud sound system blasting around me… GOOD VIBES!!! When I got to the counter I awkwardly stood for a moment pretending to gaze at the menu while two employees chatted along. After a brief moment she came over and said what can I get for you. As I relayed my order to the woman she was awfully quick and quiet with her questions making it difficult to understand. Non the less, she loaded my steak bowl TF up!! What has me so amped up about this experience was the amount of time it took for me to get in and out of the infamous joint. 1 minute 30 seconds. Yeah you heard that right. I walked out of the establishment nearly jawdropped and immediately went to text my peers. If the employees had gone the extra few feet to throw some better manners or people pleasing skills into my experience, they’d have some extra bones in their pockets. However this was unbelievable. Although my stomach didn’t agree with me, I’m still writing this review in amazement.

Walked in at 9:15pm (45 mins. bf closing). Pretty busy night… 3 people were eating in dining room & 3 people in line before me. When I went to order my bowl, 3 things I wanted were either old or all gone: DRY pinto beans, no sour cream, no cheese. Was told they were “all out”. Then still got charged extra for guacamole. The manager could have put more out, since it was a busy Wed. night. He chose not to. Will go to EHT store from now on.

Chipotle my family’s go to when traveling and this might have been the worst one we’ve been to. Small portions relative to other Chipotle stores, barely had any guacamole on my vegetarian bowl. Food was cold and sloppily put together which was ironic because the store was empty. Will avoid this location moving forward.

When it first opened, the food was fresh, hot, and everything was on par with other excellent Chipotle locations. However, not sure if it’s because of the lack of customers or just bad quality control, I’ve been given guac, chicken, steak, rice, etc. that has obviously been out too long or overcooked on numerous occasions. Still giving it 3 stars since it’s still one of the healthier fast food choices.

Worst chipotle ever, had to wait 20 minutes in line just to be helped. Then there was no food. Put into either of my bowls, aside from the fact that they were out of pretty much every protein and side you could imagine. Then when I asked to speak to the manager, turns out he is the one who made my bowl, and he told me to look at the line, and that is why the bowl was made with practically no food. That is completely unacceptable, worst way to run a business. Do not use this chipotle.
