I recently moved here from Dallas and happened upon this place while looking for a house. So, I decided to try it. A young lady working behind the counter had some of the best customer service skills I’ve ever seen. I think good customer service was just a natural for her, though. Since then, I’ve returned to the restaurant/store. The food was very good, too, and reasonably priced. I’ll be going back again, soon.

Customer Service was wonderful. I give Customer service 10 stars. I ordered two fish dinners, buffalo and catfish fillet. The buffalo was chewy like it wasn’t cooked all the way through. The catfish was ok. Because Customer service was so wonderful, I will definitely go back.

Didn’t know that it exists until I saw it on Facebook. I love fried cat fish. It was perfect. Once I got there, I discovered that they also had buffalo fish. I ordered my mother a buffalo fish dinner and ate my fish while my mother fish was being freshly cooked. I had called my cat fish dinner in. The food is outstanding. I won’t be going back to Tom’s nor Jacksonville for catfish now that I know about this place. The food is excellent and fresh. ✅✅✅✅✅

The freshest, best seasoned catfish in the STATE! Then I will never purchase another BURGER from a sit down restaurant. The seasoning is perfect here. The owner is very personal. Will definitely be a regularly, weekly patron. He caters also.
