We have ordered from here since they 1st opened but the last 2 times we have ordered. They have gotten our order completely wrong. When I called tonight about it the guy was so rude. I worked in customer service for years and I would never treat people like he treated me. He told me the mistake was my fault because I ordered online and there’s nothing he could do about it and he hung up on me.

Ordered a pizza and some sides for delivery, “estimated time” was 30 minutes, ended up waiting over an hour. Called twice to check on the order and was cut off both times. Pizza is great, service is god awful.

I called three times just to wait on hold for ten min and then get cut off, i went there then the phone was ringing the hole time in the back round and told them they need to fix their phone system and just got a dirty look and bad attitude and started to order and said you should give a discount for the hassel and she didnt say yeah or no, didnt even apologize, just said the price, i just walked out. WORST PLACE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER BEEN TO, this is the first reveiw ive ever wrote, thats how bad this place is
