3.2 Stars, Decent pizza, typical chain quality. The Detroit style was ok, nothing special. The pretzel cheese Pizza was different in a good way, kinda growing on me.

I will go out of my way to avoid this location from now on. Every time I think I’ll give this location another chance, it’s never any better than the last. The crust is so inconsistent, being way too thin in spots. I ordered online knowing my kids would be with me so I could just grab and go. Ended up having to go inside with all of my kids and stood there for several minutes before being acknowledged. Asked the girl how long it would be and she just told me they were backed up and couldn’t give me a time. I asked if it was even worth waiting. Then she asked what the name was on the order, went back, and grabbed the pizza. This was over 30 minutes past my pickup time. I’ve seen locations that are much busier and do a much better job at handling the traffic.

Food is fine, it’s Little Caesars, what do you really expect out of a place that makes that much pizza every day. Sometimes I go in and there’s some rather explicit music playing. That’s only happened like after 8 though when the real managers have gone home.

This location makes your food up to standard 1/10 times. It’s consistently sloppy quality and slow service. Also have placed a dash order with over an hour before they close, and the just cancel the order. This has also happened multiple of times. Like the other comments say, save yourself from this mess and go to the location on Fairfield in Layton. Your odds will go up to 9/10.

I came into your store 10 min before closing (yes I was a teenager once and hated when people came in at the last minute.) I stood there waiting for anyone to acknowledge me for over 5 min just for the kid to come to the counter looking like he was ready to take my order. I asked if they had any hot and ready pizzas (to help him avoid having to make one so late). He told me they unfortunately didn’t have any and he just sold the last one. I asked if I could order two cheese pizzas and he stood there saying “hmmm ummm hmm” for probably longer than it would have taken to throw one in the oven. Very disappointed in their customer service. Kids do not know how to work anymore!

Walked into the establishment and was immediately faced with an irl Darren encounter. Sir did not understand that if you order food you still have to pay for it, even if you have to wait 10 minutes. Skylar handled this encounter flawlessly. He calmly dealt with the Darren and quickly got his manager. He then served us our crazy bread with a smile as if nothing had happened. Love you Skylar, you’re a real one. 10/10, would come again just for him.

“Not ready pizza” 30 min for a hot and ready pizza. Would have been faster to go to smiths, buy a frozen pizza, and cook it myself. Quality would have been better too.

This restaurant does not use their Pizza Portal and instead keeps them in the back. I order online so I don’t have to wait in a line. Every time I order from this location have to ask for my order instead of it just being ready.

Absolutely ridiculous service. I was told it would be a 30-60 minute wait. I waited for an hour and a half before going inside to check on my order. They didn’t even know about my order until I went inside, and it would be another 25-minute wait. I do not recommend going here until they have proper management and proper training.

Ordered a pizza to be ready by 7:05. Took 30 minutes AFTER that time to get a COLD pretzel crust so I went back in to switch it and they didn’t have any warm ones so they took my pizza and gave me a warm regular pepperoni. There were two people in front of me who walked out because they hadn’t been helped yet. No one greeted us, or said they’d help us soon. Such a joke!
