My oh my…this place is SSSOOOOO DELICIOUS! Friends who live in San Antonio told us we needed to try this restaurant that was owned by a couple in their neighborhood. From the first day we tried it, we have not been disappointed. Just to say that we’ve been twice within the past three days. Their Fried Crispy Chicken Sammie is amazing! Making it Nashville hot, makes it even better. Their fries are good, but their onion rings are crunchy and great as well. You gotta have their Artichoke Spinach dip as an appetizer. We’ve also had their burgers and the meat is so juicy and the bread has a sweet buttery taste. We finally tried some dessert today, and had the brownie with ice cream. It was so soft, chocolaty and filling. Can’t forget to mention, the staff is always attentive.

Just South of San Antonio is this hidden gem with a great atmosphere, home style feeling and a wonderful staff. All the food was great, and the service was amazing. If you’re driving along I-35 South if SATX, or looking for a short drive getaway, put this place on your foodie list!

Food was good can be a little better with just the right amount of seasoning in the burgers and cutlets. Meat needs to be kicked up a little bit more with salt and pepper. The buns are the bomb. Cream corn was awesome. Fries rocked. THE MASHED POTATOES WERE ON POINT PERFECT. I’ll be back to try some more and see if it gets better.

Wonderful people Wonderful food, they also have very fair prices and high quality food not like all the other surrounding restaurants that over price their food that ain’t worth the price! I will continue to eat here my family I really enjoy having somewhere to actually have real food to eat in this town! Also the cook Brenda is the best cook in the whole town every restaurant she goes to she just cooks Wonderful food and reasonable portions making it worth the $! I think she found her happy place at Black Creek guess the other restaurants just didn’t appreciate her but everyone followed her stopped going to the other restaurants just for her cooking!

The foods really good, pricey for the area but worth it. They will cook the burgers how you like it so make shure to specify from medium rare or until well done. Pretty good spaghetti but the chicken Alfredo was decent but expensive for not being very seasoned. The Italian food is surprisingly good over all but they don’t carry the cheese or pepper flakes you would normally have with those things. The steaks are very well made, like steak house quality. All the sides have been a good quality and quantity. Have gotten undercooked chicken wings tho. Some of the deserts are worth way more then the portion and quality you get and others are the reverse. Most of the staff have been fantastic.

Our only complaint is the dishes the food came in were rather small. It made it hard to eat. There was still no stopping us from finishing our food because it was delicious! The chicken had great flavor and was real juicy. Will be back to try the burgers!

This is an underrated restaurant for sure! The food is amazing and the service is right up there with it. The owners are kind and the management is very approachable. Bring the kids for a delicious kid menu and a lot of room to run around out back in their outdoor eating/drinking/entertainment venue. Fri and Sat nights feature new local music talent who always seem to bring a lil crowd and fun. Full bar inside and out… always request Aaron or Sarah if possible, those two got it going on!
