Was told 30 minutes. Got there in 27. Pizza was done. Sub(hot) not even started. Was told a few minutes I already knew that was impossible. 14 minutes later sub came up. Had 3 ppl apologized and 2 offer me to take a 2 liter for the wait. I appreciate that they owned up and offered something for my inconvenience.
