We walked straight into the Korean restaurant nearby, thinking it was this noodle place. Gotta go to Volcano Boba and grab the noodles menu from the counter. Got the hand pulled noodles soup with pork ribs and shaved noodles stir fried with brisket. Loved them both. The soup is a light broth, tons of chewy noodles, and plenty of protein. The shaved noodles had a great bite to them and the seasoning was slightly sweet. The food came out quickly and the lady was so kind. I’m not in the area often, but I can’t wait to eat here again.

This place is part of the Volcano Tea House so it was a bit difficult to find at first. The noodles are very good; ordered the knife cut noodles and was a big fan. The bubble tea was great too.

I found this hidden gem when doing a search for Asian Noodles. The beef broth is off the charts good and the generous portions of ingredients are fresh and tasty.

This place is my favorite restaurant. They serve handmade noodles and have Chinese Buckjoi greens that will make you feel like you’re in Asia in the mountains feasting on delicious local foods. I always dine in and sit down to get time for myself when I enjoy the flavors. The beef brisket noodle soup is my go to.

STOP. WAIT. It’s volcano tea house! It blows my mind how much business they must lose because of this error! Please stop in, we really enjoyed our time here. The artwork alone is worth the trip. We’ll 100% be back

Deep inside of Volcano Tea House, is one of the best noodle houses in the state. The hand pulled and hand shaved noodle soup and stir fry’s are fantastic and very responsibly priced. I highly recommend you order a Pork Chop on the side of any of their plates. The folks that run the place are super friendly and accommodating. Don’t miss the teas of course. They are tenderly hand shaken. I am not joking the dude knows how to mix a drink. This is a seriously underrated spot that makes everything well.

It’s behind inside volcano. The people here are very friendly. Food was excellent. I had the shaved noodle with beef shanks. Generous amount of beef and very well flavored. The noodles were really good. Thick ish cut and feels like eating meet too haha.

This noodle place is basically located at the Volcano boba place. They share the same kitchen. We came here because of the google reviews and were not disappointed. Husband got the shaved noodle soup with beef shank, I got the hand pulled noodle soup with beef brisket. Verdict: broth was good, get the shaved noodles (somehow the little inconsistencies in the textures make the meal abit more exciting lol), both beef shank and beef brisket are really soft and well marinated, just get both if you have 2 or more people. Unfortunately we were just visiting Denver. Will definitely try the other dishes when we are in the area again!
