I love Honey Dew Donuts over Dunkin’s. Iced tea comes with a lemon! Breakfast sandwiches and chicken salad on a croissant are awesome!

What happened to the cold brew? I started switching to honey dew cold brew after dunks changed theirs and now it seems honey dew has too. Unless, they’re watering it down to cut costs. This makes me sad because it was the only place left to get a decent cold brew. The last two times I’ve went the coffee has been flavorless and watery, almost impossible to drink. I asked for extra caramel and by the 2nd sip it was all gone. I wont be ordering a cold brew from here for a long time. Not the crew that used to be there at all. Still love one of the women she’s been working there forever, so sweet and always smiling.

I went here because Dunkin donuts did not have donuts, lol. The donuts here are bigger and fresher! I’m never going back to DD. I like to drink coffee while my kids enjoy a donut. Service here was great, they had smiles and didn’t seem stressed. So much better.

Service and quality has serious declined at this location. This morning alone, we received three burnt sandwiches – and by burnt, I mean charred black and inedible. Even the dog turned his nose up at the burnt food and he’ll literally eat anything. Coffee was wrong and the two cocoas were nothing more than hot brown water. We’ve returned time and again to have inedible food and drinks remade, but this morning was the last straw and we will no longer give Honey Dew on Washington our business. Quite sad really, when we’ve been loyal customers of this location for over 15 years.

Both times I have go thru drive thru order is accurate, good customer service and fresh donuts.But tonight I went 5 mins before closing time in drive thru, lights where on and waited about 2 mins.Then decided to move to see if the closing time change and window was already close and both girls stated it was close with the cash out closing papers on hand already done.As a customer I expect to be able to count on the right hours.If they close whatever minutes before 7pm they should put the right closing time so that I do not waste time driving there for nothing.They should of at least apologize for that little inconvenience because I know sometimes when is a slow day some places close before the expected time.Maybe 5 mins is not a huge deal but was expecting at least a polite apology for closing early.Not sure if I am expressing my point correctly but I was kind of disappointed for their careless answer: we are close and when I asked what was the closing time?She answered 7 then I said I waited a few mins on drive thru before 7pm (assuming they were busy) but seemed to not care.

This Place has the best Coffee piping hot great flavor.. Now they have to work on a employee, she’s Russian and or from that part of the world. She plays the role of a niave lady. Only she’s the opposite, be aware of the situation. The blueberry donuts holes go great with your morning coffee. And easy to grab in the morning commute. As you know HUDSON TRAFFIC n ROADS SUCK so at least you’ll have GREAT HOT COFFEE n DONUT HOLES. And if you get the EMPLOYEE I wrote about well I Warned you all..
