My husband and I first drove by this place a couple weeks ago and we’ve lived in the area for over 3 years. We had no idea it was so close! We decided to check it out yesterday with my parents and we were hesitant based on the reviews, but we are so glad we did! We sat outside and had a couple of beers, also didn’t know that they do have more than just beer… ordered a few appetizers, jalapeño poppers and bruschetta, and then tried their burger and patty melt. We kind of all shared, and everything was delicious! The staff was friendly enough but the view was the icing on the cake. We had such a nice afternoon and such good food that we decided it may be our new local spot. A hidden little gem only 10 minutes from home. Can’t beat it.

GREAT people! Went out to fish, swim, and boat on the lake and forgot my hat. Wanted to buy one but the awesome people had a boat brand hat they just gave me! Later we came back for dinner and some nice music and had a fabulous time! Awesome spot to spend the afternoon or evening!

The staff was friendly and personable. Cool place to see and watch the action on the lake. The food wasn’t bad but wings were a bit overcooked and the catfish was undercooked (middle was near raw). If we were to return, I would stick to the basics, burger and fries.

Pictured is the Seafood Dinner with catfish, shrimp, deviled crab, hushpuppies, home fries, and coleslaw. The catfish was excellent, fried up nice, and seasoned well. Shrimp, crab, and fries were good. Service was great! View was even better! We ate on the deck.

Terrible!!! We were sitting outside for over 20 minutes. There were 2 tables sitting outside with us. A table with a couple and another table with 3 women. During the time we were there the tables had 3 different people wait on there table and asking if they were doing OK. Finally we asked if we could get something to drink and the young girl, instead of taking our order, said she said she would send someone. My dad went to use the restroom and on his way back while walking out to the patio he noticed one of the waitresses standing at the door staring at us not wanting to take our order. She came out of the door with him but instead of taking our order she went and cleaned off the table behind us. No one ever acknowledged us! We asked this lady if she could take our order and she act all surprised and said “OH YOU GUYS ARE SITTING OUT HERE”? MY fiance felt he was being profiled because of the color of his skin. THREE PEOPLE WALKED PAST US AND NEVER SPOKE TO US!

after waiting a while at our table with nobody giving us any menus, we finally got some after asking. the food was a 4/10 at best, i ordered some shrimp tacos that were dry and lukewarm and had little flavor. the sandwiches were pretty small, the “hush puppies” were nasty, and the jalapeño poppers just seemed like jalapeño skins that were fried. service was mediocre, food wasnt good.

We went here with a group of 7 this past Saturday. Of course they were extremely busy since it was a nice day and the air show was going on. We went inside and saw how busy they were. We found a table that was dirty, we bussed the table and wiped it down, as well as cleaned some other tables for new customers. We completely understand they were slammed. After we did that, we went to get menus and sat down. No one ever acknowledged us. We sat there for 30 minutes without so much as a “hey we will be with you in a minute” or anything. No one ever even looked our way. We sat and watched other tables who sat down after us get served while we were ignored. It was a very frustrating experience. I completely understand being busy and overwhelmed, but it takes two seconds to tell someone that you will be with them in a moment. We ended up just leaving and finding something else to eat.

To echo what others have said — pretty good food, but the service is comically bad. Worst I’ve ever seen in fact. So incredibly unorganized and dare I say incompetent wait staff. Forgetting orders, forgetting items on orders, wrong drinks, I could go on. And it was pretty empty. We were there for two hours and left incredibly frustrated but with a good laugh. Seriously, we thought we were being pranked. Don’t recommend.

Two visits there, both times the place was dead. First time service was subpar, product mediocre. Limited bar options. Second time, service was good, waitress was pleasant, accommodating. Nachos were awful, fish and chips were good as an alternative.
