This is my favorite Starbucks around, sometimes Its hard being comfortable in social settings especially in the am, even something as simple as ordering coffee can be hard. I appreciate the patience and kindness I receive here always. All the baristas are great in their own respects. If feels like a pillar in the surrounding neighborhood. It can get pretty busy in the mornings in that small little shop, but the baristas know how to work it and are always on top. Even when it seems there’s like 100 people inside. ✌

Starbuck always does a phenomenal job with food accuracy, speedy preparation, and great customer service. I had my order handled in a quick fashion and the baristas were making conversations which was extremely nice. Always a great place.

Nice and clean newer store. Coffee was standard Starbucks, but they, thankfully, didn’t burn the shot. Three stars because they weren’t very friendly at all, no eye contact, no smiles, not really even thank you’s. It felt like they didn’t like us because we were two guys, together. Which you wouldn’t expect from a downtown Olympia Thriftway Starbucks!!

The shift manager is rude in a very passive aggressive way. She ignores you for several moments when you’re ready to order. She is very curt and I’ve never heard her use please or thank you. Overall rude behaves as if she’d rather be someplace else and that she is doing you a favor taking your order. If i see her i usually will just go straight into the grocery store and avoid giving Starbucks my business. It’s a shame because the drinks are good and the rest of the barista are good, this one ruins it though.

I go there 2 to 3 times very early in AM and when I went to pay I realized I forgot my wallet. I told them what happened and that I was sorry. I was just going to leave but they told me not to worry about it and gave me one anyway. And they’ve always been very friendly. That’s why I like going there, very friendly and good customer service!!!!!!!
