A year ago, my review was 5 stars. Today, that changed! I placed my order and paid at 1103am. It’s currently 1145am, and I’m still waiting for a sonic cheeseburger to be brought to me. The order was messed up from the beginning as the wrong chicken sandwich was brought to the car. They took the entrie bag food back, including my sonic cheeseburger. Then, after 10 minutes, they brought me two chicken sandwiches and no sonic cheeseburger. I only ordered one chicken sandwich and a sonic cheeseburger. There are only 3 other cars here. It is absolutely insane that it takes 45 minutes to make a cheeseburger and get a 13 dollar order right. I asked for a refund and the cheeseburger was brought then brought to me.
