service was nice but they got my order wrong! paid for truffle fries but received dry fries. like they were literally DRY. the garlic aïoli sauce was disgusting just the smell of it made me gag & the Burgerfi burger was OK i guess, kind of bland. I also didn’t like how they bagged the food.

Called several times to order ahead with no answer. Showed up anyway, saw no guests and an employee behind the counter texting. They didn’t have the beyond burger, and now I’m pissed knowing that I could have found that out via the phone call that never happened before I wasted my time coming in!

The food is good if you want a good burger that isn’t fast food. Good customer service and this restaurant also can serve beer and wine which is a plus! We love their onion rings and fries. They are pretty fast but be sure to check your order before you leave.

Where You Go, I Will Go Rving
This was my first and last time ordering from this place. I ordered a burger on app based off a recommendation from someone who ate here before. Upon arriving at the location to pickup my burger I looked for the pick-up signs as stated in email confirmation. There is no pick-up signs….. I had to wait in line behind people who were ordering. The burger was a double and ridiculously small. ( Snack size ) I could have paid a lot less for a snack. Last $8 they get from me !!!
