Made the mistake of driving about 50 miles for the seafood buffet since I had heard about it. Very bad choice. The air conditioner system doesn’t have any vents to distribute the air properly and as soon as we sat down it came on and blew cold air right down on the table making our food cold and the buffet was not kept stocked up. I was really looking forward to the alligator bites but was very disappointed that they only had a few on the food bar and clearly wasn’t going to put any more out. I sure won’t be going back.

We eat here on Sundays after church, it’s always busy but there’s always a table without much wait. Very friendly atmosphere and excellent food. We always get the buffet but there are plate lunches available that are also good. Salad bar offered (that’s a big deal) most family style buffets don’t offer salad bar. There are always 3 meat choices, usually fried chicken, fried fish and meatloaf.

Nice big prices of fish. Hush puppies have improved in size and taste since I have found them on a back street out of town. Sometimes I would find them cooking some killer meatloaf. Miss that. Prices have also increased quite a bit. Still good eats

The food was very bland and good in its blandness, I just like a little seasoning in my seafood, such a Canon seasoning for the crayfish. It may just be from getting to reopen. I love the music they had playing such as Lauren Daigle.

The buffet was low on fresh food. The salad bar was good. They did fry extra fish,and put out extra desserts and kept our tea glass refilled.

Eating 7 pieces of fish ,around 30 shrimp green beans, corn , carrots, and drinking 4 glasses of sweet tea, as soon as I loose some weight you are darn right I will be back for more. The food and service is that good, out of 5 stars I give Mona’s Diner a 100 stars. Jackson missouri.

We had the best all you can eat buffet they have on Friday nights. The food and people were fantastic and so friendly. Just to name a few things on the buffet: crab cakes, frog legs, shrimp, clam strips, catfish, gator bites, salad bar and deserts.
