Stop there tonight to get something to eat on 07/22/23 at 8pm they started taking our order and we noticed they put something that we didn’t want so we stopped and told them to take off chicken sandwiches combo. So we started to finish order the girl didn’t know what we said then we waited about 2 to 3 min and they came back to us Welcome to sonic can I take your order at this point forget what we already ordered we then told them nevermind we noticed employees outside talking and jumping around with a white mini coup so we just left they didn’t want any business. Very poor customer service poor management poor everything will not be back to this sonic.

First the lady was a smart mouth and didn’t double check our order. Just said it wa shade as ordered without double checking our order. It was made wrong my mother’s order was missing banana and they did have it on the shelf but didn’t want to re make it. Out of dress code with sport shorts and not knee short shirts.

What’s up with Sonic in BC? Horrible I went to order a breakfast burrito and she went to take my order with an attitude! She literally just stopped answering me at 1 point, I asked nicely if she could hear me and she answered back very annoyed yes. Very impatient and rude from the start I didn’t have a big order either. Pretty sure she canceled my order as well after I had placed the order. It never gave me a pay option or total and I sat there for 10mins before just leaving. Absolutely awful service.

Be sure to watch your receipts/ card when buying from here. I purchased 2 slushies on March 22nd, I checked my card and I was charged $20.10. I was able to get in contact with the manager and was supposed to get a refund for the difference, but never received one.

Seems the workers are incompetent of fulfilling an order. I knew they were gonna mess it up when nobody read it back to me. Asked for a double cheese plain with bacon. Only got 1 patty not even fresh was cold oh and on top of it . They decided to put a lb of pickles and mustard on it after asking for plain. The picture is after trying to clear everything off. And the. Ordered a #2 also cold. And then people these days have the audacity to ask for raises when they cant even so simply fulfill a order. We are doomed.
