This location is Unsanitary,Nasty & Unprofessional. I came to order take out there was no one at the register to assist it seems they have nothing but teens running this business. Everyone on their phones instead of working .lobby was nasty& unsanitary . Food all over the counters and floors .

This location used to be on point but now simple mistakes like leaving orders incomplete, not to mention the over an hour long wait time with low traffic!! someone walked up to the window while I was waiting for my order because they messed up their order! I was assured that mine was correct and I was missing 2 tacos!! A simple check of the receipt while you’re packing the food will easily solve this problem……Make sure you check your bags people!!!

I ordered a bacon and sausage crunchwrap meal with the extra sauce that they put on it automatically and a hash brown with a drink they gave me a crunchwrap with guacamole and they Said that guacamole comes on all of the crunchwraps which is a negative they literally acted as if they weren’t comprehending what I was telling them or asking for I had green sauce oozing out of my crunchwrap and they said I asked for extra jalapeno sauce so if this review seems confusing imagine how confused and frustrated I was at the window telling them to do simple stuff I asked for my money back cuz I just didn’t want the food no more and she told me they had already started making they couldn’t give me my money back and they still got my order wrong they still forgot my hash brown worst place ever to go to Period

Don’t know what it is about taco bell post COVID but there needs to be warning if the inside is going to be closed off. No sense in ordering online if you still got to use the drive though. Giant waste of time and I regret coming here.

The customer service was very poor. There were 5 workers that I saw and no one greeted me as I waited about 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. I finally said Can I get some service ? A young guy was frowned up and finally said this lady needs help. A lady came from the back, took my order and never addressed me again until she handed me my food. The food was good, but I will not return to that one again

Upon arriving and standing at the counter for 4 minutes to have nobody even say hello, I ordered on the little touchscreen. After 16 minutes I asked for my drink cups because I had not received my food. After another 5 minutes my food came out. My order was wrong but close, but after this I decided to eat whatever they sent out because I didn’t have another hour to sit here. Close counts I guess

This is the best location I have been to! I live in Olive Branch, but it’s worth the drive to get your food hot and fresh and to be treated with kindness! The location near me is always rude and slow. They make the food small and use stale/old ingredients and the cashiers yell at you and have a nasty attitude.
