I order inside and it took 25 minutes for my food to be ready. Two other people had ordered before me and got their food. One of the workers behind the counter says “oh should I get this kiosk order or should I get drive-through instead”. It’s either my food is wrong every time I’m through drive-through, or I can’t get it in a timely manner at dining because drive-through is a priority instead of dining. I understand being short staffed, but there has to be some understanding of both. Quality over quantity/speed.

First off, the outside lights were not even lit, looked as if it was closed.Then we go in took 10 minutes just to order food,when everyone else was just waiting for food. 25 minutes later our food was done, no sorry for your wait or anything. These photos are the tacos I ordered,thought maybe waiting 25 mins would get me at least a fresh non cracked taco? All 6 of our tacos were like this.

Always takes at least 20 minutes to get through drive thru. After waiting forever they still manage to screw up your order EVERYTIME. Asked for no lettuce, and no tomato got lettuce and tomato. Asked for chips and cheese couldn’t even manageto throw chips in…got cheese though. Plus it’s not like you can run in real fast to have them correct their screw ups either, no you’d have to wait at least a half hour at that point because the drive thru is now backed up from waiting so long from them to taking your order and getting cars through. At this point running to one of the fort wayne taco bells would be more faster and at least I would get what I ordered.

The service was great and fast…they did a nice job on my food…it was not prepared sloppily but very neatly. The seating area was clean and presentable..The restrooms were maintained. The decor in the restaurant was modern. This taco bell serves breakfast food..so that’s good to know . I would definitely stop here again for lunch

I got a Mexican pizza that tasted over cooked somehow. They have the new kiosk to order if you want ” oh wait they just seem to ignore the counter now. ” ok fine I can order and pay on a machine but when they set the food down and holler out your name but don’t give you drink cups that’s a problem. The cups wasn’t just me but everyone I watched order.

Steak chalupa supreme served on wax paper, this item has a bouquet of thin cut lettuce, discolored tomatoes, with discrete slivers of steak. It comes on strong at first nip, with the flavors of soured cream dancing with deep-fried oils and cheeses to create an almost euphoric experience. The flavors slowly fade together ending in sheer delight.
