Verrry flavorful food! Guy who took our order was nice as well. Ordered the Kung Pao Shrimp & extra spicy drunken noodles. This food was delicious!! Seasoned & cooked perfect! The wing appetizer was good, I’d just get them fried hard due to not liking soggy wings. Will definitely visit again next time I’m in Houston!

The best customer service I’ve had in a long time. The manager is present, visible & hands on. Very accommodating & polite. She does more than any manager I’ve seen. Then again I’m not sure if she’s the manager but if not she definitely should be. The food was tasty, fresh, and without flaw.

I have been to many locations around Houston, but this one might be my favorite. The food is good, but the same at every location. Every location doesn’t have staff like this one though. There is a lady named Alice who is amazing. I know she doesn’t remember me when I come because I probably visit like once a month and it’s always a to-go order but she’s always the one to answer the phone and check me out. She always has such a fun and uplifting spirit. When I came in I probably didn’t seem very approachable because I was very tired but she was still so pleasant. It’s so nice to see people like this today. Thank you Ms. Alice, you do not go unnoticed!

Im shocked this place is still thriving honestly. Used to eat here very often years ago. Noticed the quality of the food going downhill so my family stopped coming. Well…today my kids wanted Honey Seared Chicken. I was hopeful after seeing all the new menu items. Asked the cashier how the new “Bourbon Chicken” was and her literal response was “Its alright…if you get it well done and not the way they cook it” lmbo that was honest so I passed. Asked for another suggestion for a chicken dish and she said she didn’t know because she “didn’t eat this” smh ok well 2 honey seared chicken bowls for the kids and crab wontons for me. They brought the food over and the portions were so OFF! My oldest got all the chicken in his bowl and my youngest got very little and tons of rice. I asked about the portions and the only answer was “We cook the chicken together so when we plated it we just put more in the other bowl” ummmm what!?!! Never again. Save your money and your time. The food is so mediocre and the customer service is lacking right along with it. Also, the place could stand to be deep cleaned

Upon our arrival, we noticed that the cashier was engaged in cleaning for a duration of 8 minutes. Instead of promptly taking our order, we were asked to wait, which resulted in a disappointing customer service experience. Furthermore, the cooks in the kitchen displayed a noticeable level of displeasure, glaring at us and audibly clanging pans on the stove. Our visit took place just an hour prior to closing time, and due to the negative ambiance created by these factors, I ultimately chose to cancel the entire order.

I have not been to a Pei Wei in a long time. Went to Pearland location The menu looked different. And just wrong. Broccoli in Thai curry?? Really?? Food was nasty. Brown rice was still raw also bad service. Not a friendly atmosphere. Never will go back to any location

The place is good for a quick bite. Service is fast and food is cooked to order. Lunch bowls with convenient options for veg and non-veg. The starters are ok. Tried the pork rolls. They were greasy and bit mushy inside. The donut balls are great; sweet and delicious. They’re a must try dessert option.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant! Classic pei wei. I’m glad they’re food was good cause I really talked them up to my wife who had never been there( and this was the first time I had been to this particular Pei Wei) . The food was fresh and delicious. Definitely a great place to eat. The broccoli and beef was especially good! Definitely the star of our meal.

Be careful. I specifically ask for no mushrooms 4/3 , and she repeated the the order to perfection. But…the kitchens seems not care or she lied to me. So I’m a mushroom allergy and they “remade” it, my wife had look through again, and found some underneath all the rice and cover with sauce. So she lied or communicated with the kitchen to do something. So cooperate I hope you see this and take action. I use to managed at PF Chang’s 2015-2020 and this is a disappointment. I wasn’t about to ask for refund cause she would’ve not give it to me and try to give something free that I won’t take . I hear that line from Buisnesses/employees to much and far to long. Just to cover mistakes that you made.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Pei Wei. The service was great and the food was very good. I had the Bento Box, Pei Wei Original bowl with shrimp, Korean donuts and the vegetable spring rolls. All very tasty! Only gripe is the stickiness of the tables and floor.
