Wow…where do I begin. Been wanting to eat here for a long time and finally got the chance. Awesome food! Clearly they have “chefs” and not just cooks. Server Nick was knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure. We were a party of three and enjoyed the catfish, the mac and cheese, dirty rice, Brussel spouts and two of the different shrimp apps. After dinner we were offered dessert… they had three options… so we went with all three..in order to each get to try each one. We came to a conclusion that all three desserts were to die for… The Key Lime was the best… but the bread pudding and peanut butter parfait were right up there too.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST IVE HAD IN A LONG WHILE! Will definitely be coming back frequently, the service, food, and atmosphere are 10/10 – love this place!!! Beet salad, grilled oysters, grilled swordfish, fried catfish sandwich, bread pudding, and key lime crumble are top notch and would eat again without a second thought! Check this place out!!

Every part of my experience here was amazing! I loved the drinks and food. The oysters were so fresh and all the seasoning was on peak on each dish. The shrimp and grits was my favorite overall, highly recommend. The pork belly was crunchy on the outside but melting on the inside so I loved it so much and wished there were more pieces on the plate. The vibes were chill so it would make a lovely date night to come out and eat here. Definitely coming back for more.

Went to Savannah Kitchen for my niece’s college graduation and it was a phenomenal experience. The space is beautiful in an old mill that’s been restored. Started with oysters on the half shell, we had the chicken thighs, hanger steaks, Caesar salad, truffle Mac n cheese with ham and the chefs special mahi mahi. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious to the point of us all trying everyone’s dish. Well seasoned, piping hot, perfectly prepared.

The staff was so welcoming and VERY efficient and knowledgeable! They have an extensive gluten free menu, and everything I tried was HEAVENLY. If you have Celiacs disease OR NOT, and you like comfort/Cajun food, YOU NEED TO GO HERE.

My girlfriend and I ate here last night. The waitress we had was great. The appetizers, the entree’s, and the drinks we had were great. My girlfriend has Celiacs which means everything she has to eat needs to be gluten free. From beginning to end the food was amazing so we decided to order the chocolate mousse gluten free (on the menu as GF) to go. The waitress stated they could make it without the Oreos. Today when she opened it up to eat she noticed the Oreo’s in the dessert. She called Savannah and was told to come in to get a gluten free version of this dessert to go as a replacement. That seemed reasonable. As we were about to leave we get another call back stating the kitchen is not going to make this for takeout and the hostess apologized to my girlfriend on the phone regarding the situation. No reason given for why the kitchen decided not to make it for takeout. No alternative potential solution was given. Mistakes happen all the time and it’s not anybodies fault but I was not a fan of how this restaurant dealt with the mistake which is why I’m rating it two stars.

Honestly an overall excellent experience. Food was great, service was even better. Courtney may have been the best waitress we’ve had ever. Savannah kitchen is a fantastic add to the seacoast dining scene. We’ll be back

Simply amazing. My husband and I went during happy hour (4-6) on a Friday. The drinks and food were the best we’ve had in a long time. The $1 oysters were awesome. The “Grilled Oysters Nawlins Style” were phenomenal. The shrimp and grits was delicious. The adult truffled mac n cheese was amazing. We got midnight manhattans for drinks and a Lamborghini and they were great ($2 off during happy hour) They do take reservations so we only got a table because it wasn’t super busy at 4:30, but if you are going to get there later then try to make a reservation!

Went to Savannah Kitchen with my fiancé her brother and mother. We all were blown away by this restaurant in the heart of Newmarket! Everything from the service, atmosphere and especially cuisine was exceptional and I would consider this place up there with the best among the seacoast. My one and only complaint is that one of the waitstaff started to remove my mother in laws empty plate while the rest I us were still enjoying our meal making me feel a little rushed. Overall I couldn’t recommend this place enough, a must try for any foodie in the area!
