Dave, the manager was excellent at helping us with an issue. We ordered three pizzas and one came with no pizza sauce. Which is not uncommon apparently a lot of people are allergic to tomatoes sauce. There must’ve been a mixup. They remade a pizza for us correctly at no charge. We love jets pizza. It’s always delicious. My nephew loves out of state and always wants this pizza when he is in town.

Got cinnamon sticks and other things from the Franklin location and it was great. Ordered the same cinnamon sticks from the hwy 100 location but with “extra icing”. Definitely was much less icing than the “regular” ones from Franklin and also kind of hard and shriveled, just way different than before. The other ones filled the box and these were shriveled in the center. If we had them from here the first time, we wouldn’t have had them again.

Ordered 1 pizza at 6:55pm, was told a 35 min wait time. Showed up at 7:20pm, little early, and was told about 10 more minutes. No problem. It is currently 8:03pm and I just received my pizza. I understand the world is short staffed and I don’t mind waiting longer to go pick up my order, but don’t say 35 minutes & then me have to sit there for an additional 30. The same was happening for others there, please fix the system to give ACCURATE wait times.
