After reading the reviews we were a little skeptical but decided to dine there anyway. Katrina was our waitress and she was great! She handled several tables with fast and friendly service and was very helpful and had a nice smile. The food came out in a timely manner and was very good and the price was very reasonable. This was on Mother’s Day so there were several customers there dining. Would definitely recommend and would go again the next time we are in the area.

I am very sad that this was one of the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. My husband and I decided to try this place after being on the road all day. We walked in and there was two larger parties sitting in otherwise a completely empty restaurant. We were told we had to wait due to the parties and the server was finishing with one of them. We waited and were seated. It was clear from the jump that our waitress did not want to be there.

I can’t believe I had a roach in my rice it was at the bottom of the plate I was mixing my rice looking for all the shrimp and found it they did offer me more rice but like who would want more rice after finding that in they food a big disappointment I thought they was clean

My husband and I decided to try this place since we have never heard of this place. We were beyond disappointed. One gal was working the register and taking care of to go orders. We weren’t greeted. There’s no sign that says “please wait to be seated”. So…we waited, as expected. An employee came halfway up the ramp and then turned around to continue to speak to her coworker. When the lady was available, I walked up to her and told her there was 2 of us. She said “I’ll be right back”. Then another employee approached us and asked if we have been helped. I told him that we have and I pointed out the employee who was helping us. She said “he’ll seat you guy”. I said “ok”. He had to get the menus and seated us at a booth that was way too small for adults to sit in. So we loved to a table. He never introduced I self to us. I asked him if they had a full bar. He thought I was asking if they had a full menu. Lol!!! Wow!!! I had to explain to him what I meant by a full bar. He said “I think so”. I asked for a sex on the beach with mailing rum. He has never heard of it. He went to the bar and asked if it could be made. He said “yes”. We ordered the letter e on the menu…1/2 lb of shrimp, 1/2 lb of crab legs, 1 lobster tail, 3 corn on the cobs, and 2 potatoes. The food was delicious. However, we had to work for our food. He lost his appetite and didn’t eat. I had to take the shells off the shrimp, crab legs, and lobster tail. They give you any utensils to use for the crab. Had to devein several shrimps. I had to work for my food. That was no fun…especially for $35 plus tax. Don’t waste your time at this place unless you’re getting sandwiches and chicken tenders, which is just plain tenders….can’t toss them in Cajun sauce? Hmmm…??? What a waste. Our server never checked on us after the food was served. I don’t recommend this place. My husband had to resort to fast food to satisfy his hunger. Horrible experience. Never again!

I’ve been going to Kickin/Juicy Seafood now for about 2 years & I’ve absolutely loved the food & service everytime I came! However, I’m not too sure what happened last night. I ordered a Combo C (1/2 pound of snow crab, 1/2 of shrimp) with Kickin All In & my spice level extra spicy as you can see from my online receipt. Sadly, I picked up my food extremely close to closing & once I realized that they gave me a completely wrong order, they were already closed. I was given garlic butter only with a mild spice level, and I also put on my online order that I would like to substitute my 2 potatoes for 4 corns & I still had 2 potatoes & 2 corns. I’m not too sure how my order got THIS confused but it was nothing in the bag I actually ordered except for the crab & shrimp.

The food was good. Staff was terrible. Our waiter was new to working, this was his first job. He got our order wrong. We were ok with it. The people at the table next to us was waiting on a drink they ordered, which sat at the counter for 5 minutes. A man came from the back, the guy asked about the drink? The employee started yelling at the customer. He then started yelling at the waiter. His actions towards customers and other employees was unexceptable.
