The person taking my order was very helpful, pleasant, and PATIENT as my pizza order was quite complicated. I have never received poor service or unsatisfactory food from Maka Mia in all the years I’ve been doing business with them. Their anti pasta salad is my favorite salad of all time! I absolutely love their new location, it’s much easier to access than the previous location on Juliana St.

Ate a buffalo chicken sub, which was comparable quality with most fast food sub shops. Was rather unhappy with the exorbitant charge for a mere styrofoam cup to fill with tap water. McDonalds across the street will charge $0.25 for a cup of ice water which is understandable because it is an expense to provide the cup, but the charge shouldn’t be WAY more than that. Will be an improvement compared to the downtown location after a few kinks are worked out, including hopefully moving the menu displays over to the entrance so they can be read before you are standing in line.

Great pizza. I will give it 4 1/2 stars. Would have gave it 5 stars if it had a bit more sauce on it. What impressed me most was the salad. I will return again for sure.

Not much to say. It’s pretty good value for the dollar and it was ready to pick up when I got there. It’s not greasy and the toppings seemed of fairly decent quality. If anything they could probably bake it a little longer to get more of a crisp on the dough, but that’s it. I think it’s more of a 4.5 out of 5 place but Google doesn’t let you do half points and I think a straight 4 would be unfair for how good it was to the dollar. It’s not the best pie in town, but it’s the best tasting pie in town for the dollar.

I had a pepperoni pizza when I went and it was really good and for a good price too! The other items seemed to be a little bit pricey but businesses have to make money. Staff was nice and they were efficient. Hope they’re here for the long haul

They are very skimpy on sauce. A medium size cheese bread had two very small sides of sauce. Extra sauce cost more money. Ham and cheese sub was good, calzone crust had a taste that reminded me of the rolls from school, a yeast flavor. Wasn’t a good flavor to me for a calzone or pizza. May get a sub sometime but not a pizza. Music was real loud but had a static and buffering sound. Store was clean, nice welcome but no thank you when leaving. Not sure if he was the owner or manager but we went to some tables to ask how things were but never our table.
