We ordered individual box lunches for our business meeting and it was perfect. It was easy and delicious. We ordered turkey and provolone and the club sandwiches. The sandwiches was delicious & fresh. The only down side was they did not deliver to our business which was a mile away.

Very good subs and service at most locations. This location in Charlotte was staffed with an excess of staff. Two of whom continued to stop and slow down production while talking with each other. The girl assembling subs and order taker had no communication due to her conversations with other employees. She was slow and not very good at assembling. The bread was actually a bit old as well.

I don’t usually do reviews for chains, as they’re all about the same, but I had such a good experience here that I thought I’d give a shout out. No need to go into detail, but with the circumstance around my visit, the employees had every right to be in a bad mood. Instead, they were both friendly and courteous. Halfway through my sandwich, one of the guys asked how my food was with a giant smile on his face (he knew the answer already); after I told him it was great, I could see on his face that he was genuinely happy that I was having a great experience. Very impressed.

Great sub sandwiches. I REALLY like the Italian sub with extra oil and vinegar. They slice your meat selections right in front of you, and the bread they use is really tasty. Only three stars for the atmosphere be c abuse, hey, it’s a sub shop, not a fancy steak house.

Always a good sub. Consistency across multiple locations visited. The south Charlotte store was exceptionally busy

This is the most ghetto Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been in. They cussed and talked about rappers using the “N” word to rack other and the whole crew is black. After waiting in line for 30 minutes I asked if I could have a a few extra sprinkles of rosemary. Adam the worker asked hasim his manager who was so quick to say no just to get back to their shenanigans. It didn’t cost anything to be nice. I took this a sign to go to subway as Jersey Mikes would rather have the atmosphere more like a barber shop then a pleasantly run sandwich shop. These people are going to run this business into the group. #disappionted

This is a good Jersey Mike’s. I have eaten here probably 10 times. Like every Jersey Mikes, it’s pretty slow if you are ordering in the store. I normally order online now. They generally have my order ready before the deadline. They have a dedicated pick up order section which is nice.

The best part of a sandwich is the bread. Told the guy to give me a fresh bread on the rack because I assume it wouldn’t be hard. WRONG it was hard. Please keep bread soft

The manager gives directions and leaves to deliver food. The staff laugh at his absence and there is no leadership. Orders being returned left and right . My order was supposed to be done 11:30 and was ready 12:05

Horrible experience! At exactly 8:28pm, I walk in to grab a quick sandwich before heading to work (at the airport). Two guys are standing there cleaning the insides of where the food should be. I walk and everything stops, but they don’t speak or ask me what I would like. They just stare …I had to decide if I wanted to fight past the tension or eat something from the meat cutter that looked like it had been disassembled.
