I have low expectations for any town house of pizza but this place is bad. I’ve gone back a few times hoping something would be good but nothing. Usually you can get quantity if not quality but here you get neither. Chix parm and steak subs are all bread. The large chicken parm. Is 1 1/2 frozen patties on a bun with sauce and idk where the cheese is. Fries are overcooked or soggy. 2 subs and small Fries run 35 bucks. I honestly think you’re better off at a 7/11 or Cumberland Farms. A shame cause I live so close but tonight was the last time I dine here.

My nephew ordered some food and 2 days later they update and took out 15 bucks for tip. I believe it’s the young girl with all the acne around her lips. I’m waiting for my other nephew to tell me the same thing and I’m calling the police. Oh by the way my brother went in there saying someone robbed his son. And after showing proof they nervously gave the 15 back

Worst customer service ever. I can’t even believe how rude they are! They messed up our order tonight, and when we called to try to get it fixed they could not have handled it worse. I hate to leave a business a bad review, but they truly deserve it. Such a disappoint because they were our go to place! Will definitely be finding somewhere else.

The manager of this place made my step mom cry. My step mom ordered us all a Buffalo Chicken Calzone cause I don’t like Buffalo Chicken except in a calzone. We got the wrong order and my step mom tried to call and the lady yelled so much at her and hung up on her and wouldn’t even let her talk. People shouldn’t be this mean to their customers. There was a very sweet lady at the beginning but then the manager got on the phone and was just super mean.I know my step mom will never order from them again. I just want to say that I don’t think it’s fair or nice to bully people over the phone when you’re the one that has made a mistake. Don’t order from them.

Placed a door dash order buffalo chicken calzone. Received a soggy buffalo chick pizza. Called to notify them and the lady answering the phone yelled at my wife for ordering it wrong and gave her an attitude. I go back to my order and yeah we placed it correct and you gave us the wrong food. Instead of making it right she yells and blames us. Lmao will never order food from here again. Pizza was like a wet blanket and the Karen that answered the phone was unbelievably rude.

I have been going to this place for almost a year. The people are nice and friendly except tonight. I payed for fries and the delivery guy forgot about them and brought them back to us cold. All I asked was him to come to our door because I gave him a really good tip and he refused. I’m sad but I have to move on with another place.
