$+ Our food was very good. Wait time was around 15 mun. after ordering. Cooked per our request, served hot by a very attentive server. The place is clean and has the atmosphere of a country mountain lodge. The salad bar was great, fresh and well stocked. Overall, a very good experience. If you’re looking for a good steak in Rogersville it can be found here. Highly recommended.

While yondering through the mountains & to the city lights we go, we stumbled across this quaint restaurant, very clean & spacious, the service that we received was like we were the only customers in there, our waitress was so cheery & attentive, the cook even came out to ask how we were enjoying our meals, as my daughter told the cook, these chicken tenders are delicious, these are the best I have ever eaten, the owner of the restaurant came over to us! It was a fabulous dining experience! The salad bar was amazing, I highly recommend the macaroni salad! And I will say again the waitress was very attentive as my dad drank about 6 diet cokes! Wish we lived near by, but we were just passing through town!

Service was a little slow but the food was great. I do believe they had the best Steak I’ve ever tasted. They need another waiter/waitress on the weekends to help keep up with the crowds. I seen several people leave do to them not be able to keep up with demand.

Cowboy’s Steakhouse should be ashamed of themselves. We went in for lunch today and witnessed the fill-in cook verbally abuse a new waitress multiple times and heard her yell at her from the back multiple times as well. Our pior server was running tables in front & back of the restaurant and done a great job considering the mess the restaurant was today.

My husband and I have visited twice. The food is good, he gets the hamburger steak. His only complaint is they don’t serve gravy. But he likes it. I got the beef tips and shrimp the first time. I wasn’t impressed with beef tips, they didnt cook it right. I asked for medium well and they were well done. So those were tough. But the shrimp was good. So I ordered the shrimp scampi with angel hair pasta this time. It wasn’t typical scampi taste, but it was alright. I like ordering different things until I find a favorite. The salad bar is really good. Its just situated in a dark setting and its hard to see what they have. The waitresses we have had are super nice. The price is a bit high. They are a bit slow, but the food is hot. I ordered the salted caramel cheesecake. It was good, not salty caramel tasting tho, but primarily caramel flavoring. No ice cream or whipped topping on it. Rogersville doesnt have a huge selection of restaurants, that being said, I would recommend this place. We spent about 48 bucks for two, no appetizers and one dessert.

Just lost another customer. Called in to place an order to go. Ordered a rodeo burger and and then wanted a grilled chicken sandwich made like a rodeo burger and was told they would have to ask the cook. Was told that they were busy with lots of reservations and that because it’s not on the menu that was why they would have to ask. I’m sorry but that is a pathetic excuse. So don’t ever ask for anything different from this place because they won’t do it when they are busy.

My burger was tasteless and very dry. My granddaughters chicken tenders were anything but tender, we had them taken off the bill. My brother lives in rodgersville and the next we visit we will not be going there to eat.
