Food is horrible tonight this is the first time for me. I understand food won’t always be fresh but when you ask for it. And you get the same cold food they gave you the first time all they did was throw my cold French fries in a microwave. To re-warm them when they said they was making them fresh. I get my 2lrg fries and a small. I try one and it taste soft like I’m sure people have reheated fries before alot of people have you can tell the taste difference.

This particular location is a joke and should be shut down to try to save any credibility Burger King has left. Can’t ever get an order right. Went there tonight(4/17/2023) ordered four whopper jrs(neighbor asked me to get them something quick, not even sure if they were made to their liking) a combo whopper with cheese, no onions, medium, sprite light ice for myself. Only thing I know that was correct was the light ice in the sprite. No cheese on the whopper, onions inside, plus a small fry to top that off the fries were cold. Even after I was asked to pull to the parking lot, guessing to get off their timer since I did order five patties, so that I understand.

The food is not bad at all. It’s the service… This location consistently under staffs their store. I live 5 minutes away and it took me 40 minutes to get food and back home. This is the reason I do not come back, as well as many other customers. Their under staffing is due to not enough business and the not enough business is due to the under staffing (very, very slow) ‍♂️

I have given this fast food place another chance after watching it go from a top notch new BK to a vindictive kitchen crew doing the exact opposite of what a guest requested. BK used to be notorious for giving the guest what they ask for. Now if a special request is given, someone back in the kitchen line feels they should teach the guest a lesson for making a special request. Angered by the quality of my 4 extra crispy bacon cheese burgers once I got home to enjoy them. The person taking my money even told me my order back to me. Why would you put 8 fatty near raw pieces of bacon on 4 sandwiches that were clearly requested to be crispy and well cooked? Lost my trust, lost my business. Do better.

This store is located inside an Exxon but it’s clearly a different part. I went through the drive thru and asked about any specials. The attendant went through all the specials they had and I realized I should have just asked about Whopper specials which they have going on a lot of the time. Anyway I got 2 whoppers with a coke and fries. Very good but a little slight on the fries at least I thought. All good the rest of the way and I got it my way if you know what I mean.
