We noticed filling up our self-service beverages, the area was untidy with drips down the front of the cabinet. Going back to the dining area, it was gross. Food on the floor, one table had the remains of someone’s dinner. This was at 7 in the evening and didn’t appear too busy. Employees seemed to be joking around. We went to discard our trash but couldn’t get the paper liner off the tray. The trash receptacle was nasty, so I didn’t want to touch it to discard my trash. Recommend taking your meal out!

I didn’t go inside, so can’t really rate the atmosphere. Arby’s, could you can adjust the sprinkler heads? The side of my car received an unexpected shower when waiting in line. My husband loves your food, so wet or dry, I’ll be using the drive thru.

Obviously can’t make food properly. I even explained to him how to order it.. Turkey and Cheddar. Very simple! EXACTLY identical as a beef and cheddar just substitute turkey instead and STILL.. it was wrong. Dry, cold and no cheddar. Not even thinly sliced like the beef. Wouldn’t be so bad but I drive 11hrs a day, get a “hot” quick meal so I can get some sleep and not only is it cold but it’s wrong.

The buffalo nuggets are sauced! The sauce has a nice flavor with a good little burn. I can’t get enough! The other items ( beef and cheddar, mozzarella sticks and fries) were nice and hot! I just have to remember to ask for the Arby’s sauces next time! Thank you for the great service as well!

Having bad experiences before with this store, against better judgement we stopped her for lunch today. I had the sweet heat chicken sandwich, and when it arrived it was stone cold. I took it to the counter to state it was cold and the clerk took it politely and disappeared into the kitchen. When he returned he informed me that it seems they did not toast the bun the first time. I asked if it was toasted now and he stated with a smile ” no, we just microwaved it for you.” * sigh *… I can’t really rail against this one because once hot, the sandwich WAS really good. This location though…not sure if it is bad leadership or short staff or any number of other reasons, but it really is a bad store. if you do go there… just remember you are rolling the dice.
