I was just in and the staff was really professional, and really nice! I love the Santa Barbara char and I always get it, and it came out perfect! The place was really clean as well. I want to specifically mention how nice and welcoming Melissa was. She was at the front counter and she was very polite to everyone when ordering and picking up their food. the way she interacts with people is great! Went here for the first time and it was delicious!!! We went in around 3:30 and there wasn’t hardly anyone in there. Was immediately greeted and asked if we had any questions or recommendations. We ordered. Waited about 10 minutes and our food was ready. It was hot and fresh. We will definitely be back again.

The burgers and salted caramel shakes are pretty good. The fries are incredibly bland and boring. The garlic Parmesan fries are a joke!! You pay extra for absolutely NO garlic and a couple shreds of Parmesan cheese (see pic). They are literally just their regular, bland, tasteless fries with the tiniest mound of cheese. Definitely not worth the money!!!

This place twice disappointed me, I went the second time to try and give it another shot but they failed. The food was subpar, the customer service was bad, then I had to listen to how understaffed they were and how terrible management it is…. Mind you I got a curbside order…. They had to go out of their way to complain to me…. She forgot to fill my drinks up and asked if I would mind going in and filling my own drink when I ordered curbside. I definitely won’t make going there a “habit”…. Lol

No real complaints on the food itself. My pickup order was missing a meal. I called to let them know before I left my house and said that I can come and pick it up. I then drove over there and waited for 3 other parties to order and get their food before I received mine. It just didn’t seem like it was busy and by the time I got back home the rest of my family has already ate and the fries were cold. I will try again…

Habit has some very good, higher quality, fast food. Their options are better than most fast food restaurants, like tempura green beans as well as your standard fries, or onion rings. They also have yummy looking salads. So if you are looking for something quick, and fast as drive through fast food, but potentially healthier try out The Habit.

One out of two were correct. My wife’s that was suppose to have extra lettuce and no cheese had nothing on it but pickles. No salt on the fries that were suppose to have extra salt. The shakes were good though. Using DoorDash was about $50 so won’t be getting it again.
