Just spent $80 on 3 large pizzas. They all arrived like this. If I wanted an expensive deconstructed pizza, I definitely wouldn’t go to pizza hut that’s for sure. Additionally, I’m positive that the delivery driver was pulling all of the pizzas out from the back of his pickup truck.

I ordered online for pick up. The food was ready when I arrived and perfectly prepared. The outstanding part of the experience was the young man who assisted me. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name but he was the perfect example of exceptional customer service. He greeted me promptly, was well-groomed, professional, friendly, genuine and actually thanked me for my business. In the fast food world of young staff members that rarely happens. He deserves a raise and accolades. He’s management material!

We always have a good and consistent experience here. I order online first with the phone app and then go pick it up. The food is always ready to go when I get there which is about 15 minutes later. The staff is nice. The app works great. Nothing to say but great stuff here. We especially like the boneless wings here.

Burnt and poor quality pizza. Haven’t had pizza hut in a long time on purpose, due to bad luck getting poor quality pizza. I just reassured myself why I have not gone back. What happened to ever having quality pizza hut, it’s not just about turning out as many pizza’s as you can. Take an extra minute on making a pizza and you might have some more customers.
