The service was not worthy of a one star. Yet, required. We waited over 40 minutes for our order, which was taken by a belligerent employee who argued throughout the whole process. Not surprisingly, the order was wrong. And when we brought it to their attention, when we never left the window, they accused us of lying when we had just spent $80.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! If I could give zero stars I would. This is the most unprofessional, dirty nastiest restaurant I have ever visited! The employees have nasty attitudes they get your order wrong and won’t even fix it because the claim they don’t switch the chicken out after getting it wrong and refuse to give you a refund. And to top it off there’s never a manager on duty. I have NEVERRRR experienced such an unprofessional establishment in my life. DO NOT GO THERE THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY. They refuse to take bills over 20… Which might be understandable if I’m ordering $2 worth of food but I was ordering close to 40.00 dollars worth of food and tried to pay with a 50.00. Why should I have to go make change to eat chicken? I’m at KFC right now spending my 50 on chicken!!

Don’t eat here!!! I Came on 3/25/2023 I ordered my food specifically fresh and the guy victor at the window told me it was fresh so I took him at his word, I should have known he was lying, when I got home the chicken was dry and old so I took it back. When I got to the window to return the food and I told him the chicken was not fresh and that it was old, cold and hard he had a attitude and was l8ke ” the food is fresh and im not changing it out “after I took a piece out and showed him how bad it was he didn’t care so word to any one don’t eat here and im pretty sure this place will go out of business with the quality of the food and service being this terrible. Hopefully the owner see this and I’m also pretty sure he was rude to the other customers that were in front me because they ordered but never stopped at the window to get their order and just left.
