Sadly the service, portion size and food were spectacularly bad. We stopped in for lunch. Two of us had water and two ordered drinks. The soda took 15 minutes and we had to ask for it twice. The beer took 30 minutes to show up and we had to ask for it three times. The bartender finally came and took our order after almost 40 minutes. When the food finally arrived, the portion sizes were tiny. I ordered a salad with chicken added at $5 extra. It didn’t even fill an appetizer plate. There was maybe 1/2 an ounce of chicken and that estimation is generous. Our friend ordered a veggie pita. It was half a pita bread and had a smear of hummus, a slice of tomato and couple of lettuce leaves. I’m fairly sure the meatballs were from a bag. Effectively $75 for four appetizers and a beer. Extremely disappointing and it was pretty clear that most of the staff didn’t really give a damn.

The pizza was super oily like I could literally fold the slice and squeeze the oil into a puddle on my plate. We ordered a pepperoni type topping and several slices had one piece of meat. The appetizer was not big enough to share between 2 people:( WAY over priced for what you get! There were only 2 other tables of 3 people and it took 30 min for my appetizer and 50 for my pizza…… Pizza:(:(:( Pizza this poor should be faster. I had to leave my seat to go feed the parking meter. The staff wasn’t over clean looking. They had their plates of food around a bar and would take a bite and serve drinks or food. That’s gross. Pick a different place to eat.

My husband and I stopped in for dinner after a long day. We liked the ambiance and were excited to get some food. He ordered the fettuccine with meatballs and I got a mushroom pizza. We both had stomach issues the next morning. I didn’t realize he also had issues until tonight. I had a slice today after work not realizing my stomach issue this morning was related to the pizza. About an hour later, I had horrible stomach pains and barely made it home! After running in the house and later telling my husband it was the pizza, he shared his issues from the morning. Ugh! Two separate dishes that both caused a complete system flush out. Too bad because I really liked the pizza, but not worth it!!

My husband and I went to dinner last weekend. It was very nice and the food was good. While there I had a cocktail that had ginger beer and apple cider. The ingredients were listed on the menu. THe next weekend I was entertaining friends and wanted to serve the cocktail. I called the restaurant and explained that we were guests last weekend. She then notified me that they do not disclose what is in their cocktails (it was listed on their menu) and then abruptly hung up on me. Very very poor customer service. Never again. Enjoyed the food. Service was fair but could’ve been a bit more attentive. Prices were too high for what we got. The worst part was the couple they allowed to dine next to us with their nasty snarling dogs. One even attacked a staff member and the restaurant manager allowed them to remain and have lunch. Made for a noisy and scary experience.

My wife came here (visiting from our home in Texas) and was flabbergasted by how horrible the food was. She ordered a chicken salad and the chicken was literally just boiled in water and served to her-no seasoning or any attempt to make it taste good whatsoever. She ordered pesto pasta for our daughter- the pasta was just drizzled with olive oil and some basil was thrown it… it tasted basically like cooked noodles. There was absolutely no pesto involved. The meal was basically not eaten at all, it was that unsavory. Quite surprising and disappointing. Very low quality and unappealing food.

Attempted to dine here on an early Saturday evening. Despite the restaurant being COMPLETELY EMPTY, the hostess gave us the runaround about not having any available tables. This was due to our large party that included five kids (with four adults). A few minutes later, and elderly couple received immediate seating. Must be nice to not need the business and risk a negative review. She was also sarcastic and condescending to one of the adults in our party when asked about take out options.

Fantastic food, fantastic service! The Rustic Pizza was delicious and the kids loved the fettuccini and meatballs. Lovely atmosphere, perfect blend of sophisticated food with upscale casual dining. We will definitely be back soon!

We arrived before 8pm. We were seated quiet quickly. However the waitress was quiet unfriendly and abrupt, we were taking back by her lack of hospitality . The bar tender and front of house were very pleasant. We had been waiting 30 mins when another member of staff came to tell us that our order “had been lost” but they would rush the order through. . ???? Almost an hour later we were still waiting. Absolutley redicilous. I wouldn’t recommend obviously.
