Having lived in Phoenix for over 26 years, I’m used to great Mexican food. The food fell short of my expectations which may be a bit high. The grilled chicken in the dishes was great but the pastor marinade needs some work. It is inside a resort hotel so be prepared to pay the resort prices ($$$). The jefe margarita was delightful. Fresh guacamole is made if front of you and is delicious.

The food was good and of course incredibly convenient. I believe they may have been understaffed. The servers all did a good job ..just needed more of them especially at a conference location where timing is everything.

I am obsessed with the food at this place. Everything I ordered was delicious. The drinks were ok. It was not full the place and yet I waited way too long to get my drink. The bartender was talking way too much to a customer and not really urgently preparing our drinks. We had to wait for service a little bit long, but it was worth the wait. The food was great.

This was my fave restaurant during my stay at the Rosen. We went two nights while we were there. Not to mention many of the employees there were pulling doubles and triples due to Hurricane Ian. Their customer service was great despite the huge crowds and the food was delightful. We tried the yucca potatoes, the cheese dip on the appetizer list, tried 3 different margaritas, and had the oxtail burrito which was absolutely heavenly.

Located in the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando…my experience dining there was great. I would not recommend it as a destination restaurant as the hotel will charge you $40 to park. I took a group of 10 and everyone enjoyed their meals. Guacamole prepared at the table was awesome. Not a traditional Mexican food menu…

Last year this place was way better. The wait was 45 min. Then we waited 10 min for a waitress and ordered right away. Drinks took about 10 min and food took about 40 min. Portions were small. No sides just chips. Everything was warm going on cold. It was just bad overall and way overpriced. Don’t expect quality Mexican food if you eat there.
