If you like FRESH sushi. This is the place for you. I was surprised how far along this place was. Space is LIMITED so make a reservation. My husband and I just walked in around dinner and didn’t mind sitting at the bar. The interior design is sleek and modern. The fooodddd was great! Highly recommended the tiger roll, New Orleans roll and crab puff. Be patient with the staff they are very kind and doing their best.

Modern clean environment, great food, we sampled multiple things off the menu including appetizers, sushi and meal entrees. Staff was polite and professional despite being extremely busy on their second day. Wait was not long at all.

Amazing . Everything was so fresh on the sashimi lunch special 12 pieces of fish were nice and thick and the presentation was remarkable . Spring rolls had large shrimp and full flavor . Steak hibachi lunch box, steak came on broccoli, white rice, california rolls and salad with fresh ginger dressing . Very modern feel with big booths great for group friends, families and birthdays (someone was celebrating a birthday when we were there ) check it out prices are very reasonable. Welcome to Magnolia

New Japanese/Chinese bistro in the new Magnolia development area, next to the HEB. As always for being a new establishment, the restaurant is clean, the atmosphere was great and the employees are nice. I went in for dinner “1830” and it was a little busy to where it was a 5 min wait time. When seated to my seat, the server didn’t get to me till about 20 mins later “because it was busy”. When the food arrived, the presentation was great, the food was good, some are freshly made, and the Gyoza tasted frozen. The Ramen I had tasted fresh and it comes with 2 thick pieces of Cha Shu! The flavor is light, so I suggest asking for some condiments. Place seems like it holds about 80 comfortably. They have restrooms, bar, TVs, and nice decor.

Been here 2 times…we live right down the road in the Ridge. Hands down the best restaurant on the 1488, besides the Red Flame. Just GREAT flavors, not overshot to prove a point, and not too tame. Seriously on point, especially at these prices. Really freaking good! This photo WAS the steamed gyoza and mostly finished won ton soup! The Volcano Chicken was fantastic!

This place has been open for 2 weeks maybe and we have been here 6 times! It is the best around. The sushi is beautifully crafted and each dish tastes like they are only cooking for you. All three of my teens love it! I can’t say enough good things

We have been 6 times in a month so far. Husband is super picky and he keeps picking this spot! Each time I purposely get something new. I have loved each. The staff is absolutely accommodating and very pleasant. I dont enjoy the after effect if I consume MSG so the 1 customer that claims it is used widely must be mistaken as I have yet to experience anything from the 15 dishes we have shared and sampled thus far. Ask for no MSG and I feel certain they will make sure you are satisfied with your meal. Love this spot and it is already our regular choice. Never had to wait long to be seated but I assume as it gains popularity that may change.

Went here for dinner with a friend. It was both of our first times here, and we both enjoyed the atmosphere and service.

We wandered into this place simply because of the word bistro. I was expecting something completely different, but I was sweetly surprised to see sushi on the menu. They have a pretty good variety of sushi, sashimi, bento box, teriyaki, fried rice, noodles, etc. I ordered a Sexy Mama roll. It was tasty. I do wish the sushi would have had some type of serving sauce. Great place for beginner sushi eater.
