If you’re coming for drinks it will be enjoyable. The food is barely edible. Ordered a salad with chicken on it and they sent it out sliced with the chicken still visibly pink in the middle. Sent it back immediately. Not sure who in the kitchen would be comfortable slicing it and sending it out to be served. Burger and fries were mediocre at best. Place could be great because the restaurant itself is neat but the food and whoever is cooking it needs to be overhauled.

Typical chain food restaurant. I ordered the nachos, lava shrimp and fried pickles. Me and my kids just ordered all appetizers to share. Nothing really stood out on the menu. The loaded nacho plate was huge. We only ate about half. They are messy and lack toppings in the middle of the tortilla chips. The guacamole on the nachos was disgusting. The lava shrimp was good. Could have used more lava sauce.

We stopped into the mall before a concert last weekend to get some shopping done while we were in town and thought we would get some dinner too. Stopped to see what the wait was at several restaurants in the mall. Two had an hour wait and two others had a line super long and we’re not seating anyone. We went up to Margaritaville and got seated right away! We then we’re able to order within minutes and got our food super fast too!! We had a really nice waiter as well.

To start off, the servers and (what I believe to be) the manager were very nice and went above and beyond for us. They were some of the kindest servers I’ve ever met so props to them and the place looked so cool. On the other hand, the food was absolutely horrible. There were three of us at the table and we all said our food tasted very bad. The fries were hard as well as my food and all three of us had stomach pains after. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Decent food and drinks overall. The jambalaya was not like the ones I’ve had in NOLA so that was disappointing. My brother enjoyed his burger. The drinks were good. The location, music and the restaurant interior are the more interesting parts of it.

We went here on a bus trip and even gave them our meal choices weeks ahead, it took 45 minutes just to get drinks and an hour and a half to get our food, other tables on our trip we waiting even longer. One person didn’t get a drink until we were about to leave, we told a waiter several.times and he said that wasn’t his table. The food was good once we got it. I think they were a little overwhelmed.. Maybe they should not agree to large groups (50 to 60 people) if they can not accommodate. Some of the servers were very nice, but one in particular was very grouchy.

When for lunch very friendly and fast service had the cheeseburger in Paradise it was perfectly cooked and probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend it. Over all it was a very pleasant experience.
