The pizzas are delicious. I just wish they would get my order correct. Most of the time they do not include the pepperoni in the crust of the pepperoni and cheese stuffed pizza that I order.

I’ve never had any issues here before, I just came in because I had ordered on the phone just for a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and I know it always takes 10 minutes to be ready, that’s the reason I called first and I was told to wait another 4 minutes, which is fine with me. But when I was charged it was $16.32 so I ask her that why is she charging me so much for just that one pizza if I always pay about $10 and she tells me that she heard on the phone that she heard that i order the stuffed crust and a cheese pizza and said I couldn’t cancel my order because her manager wasn’t there. so I had to pay for both which made me very upset because I didn’t need 2 pizzas.

If I could give zero stars I would! I order my pizza using the app to pick up at the pizza portal in Walla Walla. I get told that my order would be ready by 6:38pm. So I arrive a couple mins before hand. I park where I can see the counter and the pizza portal. When I arrived there was no customers in the store. I wait for 20 mins and still nothing on the screen or on my app telling me my order is ready. So I go in and to find out where my order is at. The front counter gal asked the other gal boxing the pizzas. She said it wasn’t ready and it would be 5 mins. So I waited thinking my order was just coming out of the oven. I was wrong. They sorted through a stack of pizzas that had been sitting out and not in a heated cabinet. They handed me the order and I told them everything was cold. The front desk gal took a look at the pizzas and never felt the bottom of the box and told he it was straight out of the oven. Needless to say I was very upset. I had been waiting for 30 mins when i first arrived. When I questioned it, cause they were cold, all she said to me, in a snarky tone, was “would you like to wait?” That was the worst and most unprofessional experience I have had at any of the little caesars I have been too. I will be calling their manager along with leaving this review online. Needless to say my family is forced to eat cold pizza because none of them understand prepaid online orders go in the pizza portal which keeps your order hot and I will be telling everyone I know not to go there.
