Sadly the food was not fresh. I really wanted to like it because they have the all ingredients and portions right (I got the salad bowl) but a portion of the veg was not fresh and smelt sour. Something smelt like it had gone bad. If they pay more attention to their food quality this place could be much better!

My food was fine, but my husbands rice was so old it came out in a huge clump. What happened to this location ? Used to go here all the time. The restaurant was filthy! There was nobody in there, and one employee was sitting and talking to their friends at the booth while the other stood at the front and did nothing. Neither employee working thought wow, while nobody is here I could clean up the floors, booths, and food prep area? No change over had been done. Food everywhere. Cleanliness means a lot for people to return to a restaurant. Lost a customer.

Waited forever for an online order, the food was inedible, the restaurant was a sticky mess and the workers did not communicate with eachother. I tried to address my concern without leaving a bad review, but the GM Bobby didn’t appear to be bothered by the state of his restaurant so I figured I would save someone from a bad experience.

So Chipotle was busy so I decided to go to Moe’s because I had not been there in a while, BAD idea! The service an food were terrible. I went in at noon and they had no vegetables and weren’t cooking any. When I asked if I could get any the answer was “NO”. Also, whatever happened to the; Hi welcome to Moe’s? At least I received stale free chips!

We showed up at 9:30pm looking forward to some moes ! Well the doors were locked. A gentleman came and unlocked the doors. We went in asked if we could be served and the way she looked at us and responded ” I mean we can” we left and went next door to Five guys . We love moes but latley were not a FSN, expecially with the customer service

Usually the food is pretty good. But lately the chips taste like they are 3 months old and it seems like they are skimping on the burritos and making them much smaller than advertised and putting less in them. The staff is rude and it seems like they are more interested in hanging out than working. The bathrooms are filthy and the tables are rarely wiped down.
