This could not be more convenient, and at a very reasonable price. Choose 10 meals from list of 100+ recipes. Cost is $4-$6 per serving. Meals feed 4-6 people or can be split in half. Meats are purchased at Maplewood Meats and are very high quality. Other ingredients are natural, organic spices & sauces. Meals are shopped & prepped fresh at time of order, then labeled & frozen until pick up. All you do is thaw & cook. Able to customize to be gluten free, low carb, dairy free, etc. Prep kitchen is a licensed, commercial grade kitchen. Cooking methods include slow cooker, grill, stove top, oven bake & Instant Pot. What an absolute wonderful experience using this service was for our family. I ordered ten frozen meals for use while we were babysitting our grandson for two weeks because I knew meal preparation would be difficult. I prepared one meal per weeknight, all with ease. At the end of the first week, I asked my family what meals were their favorite so far and each adult had a different favorite. One meal bag was enough to feed four adults, and most of them had enough for a leftover lunch or two. I will definitely be using this meal preparation service again!

I’ve been driving by for the last two years. I finally contacted her and got her list of available meals. I placed my first order and am kicking myself that I didn’t start buying meals from her sooner! Absolutely fantastic meals that are easy to prepare! She will even make any of the meals gluten-free. Meals Prepped by Amy was an absolute lifesaver for our family! My wife and I ordered meals from Amy for the first few weeks after our daughter was born. My daughter gave birth to my first grandchild in Green Bay Nov 2020. 5 years ago myself and 3 kids had to move from Appleton to Carrollton TX. It wasn’t too difficult until now. I always thought I would be able be there and make all the meals and help out with my first baby’s baby. I was given Amy’s information and I was able to have the kids complete the order form I paid for it as a baby gift for the new mommy and daddy. They went and picked up the food and absolutely loved it. It was nice and easy especially being first time parents time can get away in a hurry.

I heard about Meals Prepped by Amy in a moms group on Facebook. She came highly recommended. A mom of 2, working crazy OT, and my husband gone during the week while starting our business, I was drained by the end of the day and didn’t feel like cooking for myself and 2 picky eaters.
