Went through the drive-thru yesterday @ 5:30pm the girl who took the order was nice but had to repeat the order 3 times because the back ground noise inside was so loud from her co workers laughing ad horse playing. Ordered a 12 piece family meal for myself wife and 10 year old son who is severely autistic and is a picky eater but he loves Bojangles chicken and seasoned fries but when we opened it at home the chicken was way over cooked and the size of the chicken was the smallest I have ever seen at a bojangles. The fries were way over cooked as well and no seasoning. This location is the worst I’ve seen and has got to be way under bojangles standards because Airport rd is always great as well as Weaverville. I have photos will try to post.

They just don’t care about service. They cant be bothered to get an order right, and if you ask for Bo-Rounds you can hear them complaining, and then there is a 50/50 chance you will end up with fries.

We visited this store on February 2 and were provided with exceptional customer service, most notably by Sage, who did an incredible job mitigating a potentially less than ideal situation – completely turning it around into the best possible scenario (the food was also pretty perfect). Every business should be lucky enough have someone like Sage involved in their management. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Sage!

Consistently one of the best Bojangles I’ve tried. This location is only has a drive thru, but they’re very fast and the food has always been good. Anytime we visit Asheville, we go out of our way to visit this Bojangles location.

Let me say that I LOVE Bojangles and this location has been my go-to breakfast choice 4-5 days a week. Unfortunately, this location also lacks consistency (both in speed of sale and food quality). A single biscuit and coffee can take as much as 15 – 20 minutes and though the staff are very friendly, sometimes the food is lukewarm to cold. Not sure if ownership is compensating workers enough as the crew seems to be different every week (a certain sign of low wages). I’m looking elsewhere for breakfast options because I’ve been made late to work, or unable to eat my food (cold) several times due to these issues. I would like to be able to depend on this location for breakfast but it seems others have stated similar concerns and they are not being addressed.

Ordered online and then picked up. I had some issues and filled out the online comment form. I like to give the company a chance to respond if I have any problems. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from the manager within a few hours. She was very pleasantly focused on making it right and continuing to keep my business. I’m always going back when a business is so responsive. Everyone in the restaurant business is trying hard today and I appreciate being heard. My food was yummy and Bojangles makes some great chicken
