Visited 5/12/23 ordered 3 piece spicey combo w/ red beans & rice with Strawberry and Mango Lemonade. They ran out of wings & gave me a small old breast. None of the chicken was spicey. The drink was too sweet for me. The rice was good.

Disgusting, Dissatisfied & Horrible!! I went 2 months ago and ended up asking for a refund because the Spicy chicken was not spicy at all!! In fact the chicken was mild but the cashier insisted that it was spicy to the point that she got very disrespectful with me and my pregnant wife when I spoke otherwise. She was so petty & childish that she even asked for my half drunken soda back after I requested a refund! I just recently went back to grab lunch thinking that they had a bad day 2 months ago and the CHICKEN WAS STILL NOT SPICY!!!! The spicy chicken literally has zero spice it tastes just like mild chicken its ridiculous I’ve been eating popeyes for 20 years and I’ve never tasted spicy chicken that taste like nothing!! On top of that I had to wait 7 minutes for fries while the cooks are in the back laughing and giggling carrying on with conversation like it’s recess. Ever since the Spanish people took over this establishment the food has been Horrible and service has been disrespectful. Corporate needs to intervene and school these Spanish workers on how American fried chicken is made.

I tried out this popeyes on my way home and am very dissapointed that I did. First off, it is a difficult parking and drive thru situation. Once I got at the drive thru I gave the crew member my order, the 12 peice family meal. She asked spicy or mild. I told her half spicy half mild. She asked again as if they dont offer that option (which I know they do). I settled on spicy and then proceeded with my order. I mentioned my two large sides, and I then asked for a gallon of tea. She states, we don’t have tea. :l …ok.. “you don’t sell any tea?!” I asked. “No!” She states. I then remember that at popeyes they sell their teas in bags, which of course is the same concept. I then say “you don’t have bags”. She then suddenly understands the words coming out of my mouth and what tea means and says “oh yes we have bags”. She then repeats my order and mentions half spicy half mild chicken even though at the beginning she acted like that wasnt a thing :l … So long story short I get home to soggy pieces of chicken and tea that doesn’t taste like anything(not even like tea) . Management should consider some major changes- train your employees better to understand the menu, train them to be friendlier, and make sure the grease is drained from the chicken before just throwing it in the box! I know they did that because when I got to the window my food was already ready which worried me!!! Speed is NOT better than quality!

This Popeyes is TERRIBLE. The staff has the nastiest attitudes everytime I end up unfortunate enough to come here. If you can go to ANY other Popeyes, I would highly suggest it. 0/10 would NOT recommend. 2-3 hour wait for fast food.

I was hungry and after my 2pc leg and thigh meal, that included a biscuit and mashed potatoes, I was happy. First time visit to this location, saw a long line of cars at lunchtime. I bypassed the long line by safely walking inside with my mask. My order taken without delay and served take out style, just as fast. Dining area was open, with mask and social distance signs displayed. But I retreated to my car for my next destination.

The chicken was just barely ok. The wait in the Drive thru was long for only 4 cars. Their parking lot is under construction and confusing how to approach the drive thru from the main road. The food was very overpriced for only getting an 8 piece chicken combo meal and a popeyes shrimp combo! $43!!! Ridiculously priced. And, to top off the bad experience, the cashier forgot to give us our drinks!!! I won’t be back to that location every again!

Slowest Popeyes in the entire state. The dining room is closed, and only have the drive thru, yet it’s taking 15 mins per car at a minimum. Got the bacon and cheese chicken sandwich, it was soggy and gross. 10/10 do not recommend this location
