My daughter placed an online order for delivery around 6pm – website showed they closed at 7. She never received a delivery notice – tried to call direct 6:30 – 7. No answer. Food never came – our card was charged immediately. My daughter called Tuesday when they were open again. Owner apparently answered – was unapologetic but grudgingly said he would credit our account. The charge went from pending to complete Weds. with no pending credit. I was still annoyed with how he treated my daughter so I called to be sure they were going to credit. The owner got nasty, asking when we ordered, shouldn’t have ordered so late, if it doesn’t come that’s too bad if you order so late. We ordered an hour before it said they closed and they charged us for the order. Again he said they would credit if we wanted. Yeah, we’d like that – mighty considerate of him! I said he could be just a little apologetic and asked if he was an owner. He said he was and I said he should be embarrassed at his poor customer service. He said I could ‘be that way’ – they have 3,000 customers. I had to laugh – I don’t have the energy to go through the issues we’ve had with mediocre food there. It’s hit or very big miss. We will never go back – but hey, he said they don’t need the business. Good for them!

My first time trying Antonio’s. Ordering and paying online was pretty easy. Delivery was FREE (no third-party delivery service). I included a tip for the driver in my online payment. A basic large 16” cheese pizza was $14.95. For each topping, it was an extra $1.95. It arrived within the time frame promised (50 minutes, including the 10-min drive to my house). Delivery guy was friendly and polite and pizza was fairly hot. The pizza looked and smelled delicious! The taste wasn’t bad, but it was VERY salty and the crust was just a little overdone. The salad was just okay, nothing special… not very crisp lettuce, one tomato wedge, about 4 paper thin cucumber slices, one pepperoncini pepper.. and WAAY too many black olive slices… I mean they COVERED the whole top of the salad. I’m not giving up on Antonio’s though… but I think next time we’ll try one of his other Italian dishes.

Had an issue with them years ago. Hadn’t ordered in years. Decided to give them another chance. Some of their food is great so we have ordered a few times recently. Tonight’s service and quality of food was appalling. In a nut shell, inaccurate food sent. Could have been a miscommunication on my part. But rather than them correctly handling the situation they were rude, disrespectful and my food tasted aweful tonight. They flat out told me, “you could never order from here again and that would be fine.”

We order the family meal often, it feeds 4 of us dinner for 2 days with a lunch or two leftover! My kids love it, especially when we order the cheesy garlic bread which is always hot and fresh. If you like riggies, theirs are amazing. The chicken franchise is very good too. Those meals feed you twice as well! It’s our favorite!

Avoid at all costs. If I could give zero stars I would. We placed our order to go to get called back and told us they were out of what we ordered. Then they didn’t include our bread and had to call to get refunded. We were thinking the prices were high and then after seeing what we got for our money…disgrace, I honestly don’t know how they are still in business. Wings were soggy, and the chicken tasted like it was doused in vinegar and they threw in canned mushrooms and garlic. I asked for angel hair and got spaghetti….it makes me think someone is paid to write good reviews…there’s no way people pay for this food, what a waste.

Not impressed. First time patron, and the penne chicken broccoli Alfredo is good, tastes authentic besides the chicken looked like it was lunch meat chicken. With enough garlic it was good. Secondly, the garlic bread and garlic cheese bread, if that’s what you want to call it, was a HOT DOG ROLL toasted and some mozz tossed on top not even melted. And lastly the pizza, really not impressed. I’m not sure if it was because it was $10 Tuesday but it almost tasted like a little Caesars pizza, seriously. So instead of going in to spend another $60 on this food I’ll just stick to the Alfredo and order garlic knots somewhere else.

Placed a catering order, they didn’t take my name or my phone number, which left me nervous they might have forgotten my order. I called back and offered to give them my info and the person on the phone acted as if this was the strangest phone call she’d ever gotten.

My husband and I ordered a cheeseteak sandwich with fries, chicken antonio with penne pasta and an order of fried calamari with fra diavolo sauce for pickup. Estimated 35 minutes, food was ready early. Everything was excellent! my pasta entree came with plenty of chicken and it was so tender. The diavolo sauce was good, we like things spicy so may ask if they can make it spicier next time. This was our first time ordering from Antonio’s and we will definitely be back

Even less than a full star. Customer service is TERRIBLE! Try to explain your complaints and get attitude, ask to speak to a manager and not only get attitude, but they hang up on you. When I spend almost $70 plus 20 % tip, Id appreciate quality food, good service and prompt attention on mistakes. Not getting hung up on. It was my family’s meal, children had homework to do. My husband had to snowblow, so we could get to work in the AM. SCREW THEM. Done ranting
