Applied online to work as a crew member and received a response fairly quickly that they were interested in an interview. However, it’s a bot that sends you interview times, so there’s no way to adjust the times/dates if you’re an out-of-state student and aren’t in the state yet for school. I spoke to the manager on the phone to try and adjust my interview time, and he was extremely unhelpful to say the least. He told me that I should just call everyday and try to reach the hiring manager but couldn’t tell me which days and times she worked. ???? He then said that they aren’t even hiring right now, and he’s confused why my application was accepted. I was less than impressed with my conversation with them, and it’s probably for the best that I won’t have to work with this management team.

Took 20 min for my order. When I worked at five guys we had a ticket time. Might have changed over the years. Fully staffed and team took a long time and seemed over whelmed with the orders coming in. Manager could be more attentive. Milkshakes aren’t worth it either.
