Food was fresh and hot. Cashier was friendly. Ketchup was empty, bot sides, but they did have packets out for use at the front if you wanted. Needed some attention in the dining area, but otherwise a good experience.

There’s consistently an extremely long wait at the drive-thru however the employees are friendly once you reach the windows. The food appeared to be thrown together in a rush making it hard to eat.

I’m giving 5 stars even though I waited over 29 minutes for a mobile order, because the service was above and beyond what you usually get in fast food anywhere. I’ll start with their computer system died as soon as I walked in. And they couldn’t see orders it was a mess. Did they cancel and trim me away nope they apologized and worked very hard to get everyone what they had ordered. I would say for a long wait the service made me still leave with a smile. Being treated like a person is nice.

The drive-thru line was moving very slowly, come to find out it was because their computers were down so my meal was free and they gave me an extra free drink for the trouble! Tried to tip them but they wouldn’t accept. They were SO nice and accommodating even though they were closing in twenty minutes and were having that trouble. This is customer service!

My order was not fresh at all! The service was fast no waiting I’d rather wait and get fresh hot food. I don’t care if it was $2 or $50 never should anyone pay for cold stale food.

This was not a good experience. Definitely not what one expects from Arby’s. The food was not hot nor did it taste fresh. Hub’s and daughter’s fries were lukewarm and overdone. The fry oil tasted old. Cheese sticks were room temp. Roast beef sandwiches were also lukewarm. There was just a small dab of BBQ sauce on my brisket sandwich and they forgot my curly fries (which turned out to be a blessing). We parked and ate but didn’t finish our food and decided it wasn’t worth the time to go back and get the missing fries, especially since we didn’t finish the fries we had. They were not tasty. It was $34 for three sandwiches, fries, cheese sticks, and drinks…and the order was missing fries. For that price we could have gone to a sit down restaurant and had a nutritious meal. However, it was lunchtime and we received our food quickly. Hmmm. Unfortunately, now we are home and have eaten and no one feels well in the tummy. Perhaps this location was just having an off day.
