We love Burgerville, especially now that their original fries are back. Lol. We order online and put food in always ready when we get there. The orders are always correct and the staff is super friendly. It’s expensive, but it’s worth it.

This is one of two Burgerville locations that I avoid at all cost the other being Woodland, Washington. They mess up your order and then ask you for a tip. It seems like there’s a bunch of young adults working their first time jobs and it shows.

What a fun place! We loved the locally- sourced, farm-to-table quality and were pleasantly surprised at the fast food prices. The highlight of the visit– which our toddler is still talking about– was the Honda motorcycle ride. It cost just 1 quarter per ride, and it worked great!

So the food is expensive for fast food and you have to tip. The button that you press for no tip has a sticker covering it saying ‘no tip’. So basically they guilt you into tipping for expensive fast food. I did tip I got a good burger but undercooked fries and no ketchup. Don’t understand the practice of wanting a tip even before you can try your food.

Better than all the other fast food places. We really like it but it’s very bad for you. It’s expensive too. I’m not a veteran to the chain but I expect it’s worse than it used to be like everyone says. It’s still good but go to Costco and get their gift cards for 20% off. Otherwise the prices are stupid and make no sense. Even at 20% off, they’re high. Fast food dinner for two shouldn’t cost 40 bucks. Period.

Here’s why they get one star. They used to prompt for a tip in the drive thru. What bothered me today was the lady verbally asked me if I wanted to tip. This makes it very uncomfortable to say no.

Stopped here on the way home from a short weekend getaway and my friend ordered a colossal burger which looked nothing like the photo. It was tiny. She also ordered a regular strawberry shake and it was ridiculously small that when the guy handed it to me, i turn and look at my friend and we both start laughing. I ordered the fish burger and the piece of fish was good size smaller than the bun. The only thing good was the waffle fries. Definitely don’t recommend Burgerville and will not be going to another one again.

Why when I pay with a card they can’t take the card they make me put it in while they hold and basically ask for a tip its very annoying and covid was never real don’t act like it’s for protecting workers!
