This has to be one of the most pleasant visits I’ve ever had to any Cavas. Today was my first ever visit to this location. I arrived during the lunch rush. My bowl had one incorrect topping that I did not ask for. It was apparently the first day for one of their new hires and they had mistaken my choice of topping for another. Rather than just replacing my bowl, the manager pulled the team member to the side to address the mistake in the most professional and friendly manner I have ever seen. They then proceeded to replace my bowl and made sure that I was satisfied before leaving. All of this was in the middle of the rush, most places would’ve just replaced my bowl and moved on about their day. The staff at this location definitely made it feel personal and friendly. Their interaction made me want to eat here even more knowing that they are so professional and precise when it comes to their customers. They went above and beyond to make sure that I got the attention I need and deserved!

Really enjoyed my bowl. It tasted like a meal from a sit down restaurant even though it’s more of a Mediterranean version of Subway. Prices were reasonable and portions were generous. Tables didn’t get wiped between diners and bathrooms weren’t clean

I have never had such a bad experience at this cava. The associate packing my order was rude and was not listening to when I was telling him what I needed for my order. The entire staff was having a personal conversation and completely ignored the guest who were in the store. The associate who packed my order threw my bowl onto a tray and I had to ask several times for a paper bag. This was ab absolutely horrendous experience and I will npt be coming back.

Service was great and the staff was friendly…unfortunately the lentils were burnt and entirely too hard and the Tahini shake is something that should never be purchased. I’m not sure if it was because they were having issues with the machine but the drink was entirely too strong, taste terrible, and I got sick from it.

Officially the worst branch of Cava based on customer experience. I visit this location regularly and very often have experienced poor customer service, staff are rude and unprofessional. Reading some of the comments here, many other customers have had similar experiences and surprisingly Cava hasn’t taking any actions to resolve this issue.

They have tons of.options for dips (red pepper hummus, regular hummus, tzaziki, etc), protein (lamb, chicken, falafel, etc) and toppings (such as tomatoes, cucumbers, pita chips, romaine, etc). Very good food.
