Just got back home and instead of enjoying my warm KFC, I’m writing this hit piece that I don’t really want to do right now but ALL the bad reviews regarding this place are TRUE. I pulled up to the drive thru with an online order, effing kid says order hasn’t popped up on their screen. Whatever, effing technology ain’t what it’s supposed to be, can’t get mad at them. Then he double checks because I insist and he tells me my order was ready and he made a mistake. THEN I get home and the 8-piece that I ordered is 2 breasts, 2 legs, 2 wings, and 1 effing thigh! Either that’s intentional, or these people can’t count up to 10. Wth?!? Will be complaining to corporate and whoever the franchise owner is, please run your business properly, and honestly.

It is a shame that this local place is not better kept. It is now dirty…not dusted or wiped often. This last visit, both bathrooms were out of order. Made me wonder where employees were washing their hands. The syrup in the root beer was out. They only had 2 workers trying their best to handle all the orders so we had to wait awhile. The worker at the register showed a lot of patience and self control with the situation and just told us one worker had to leave due to a family member in the hospital. The food still tasted good but hey, they need to do something about their restaurant and the conditions. They won’t maintain their good health department rating if they don’t make some changes.

Stopped with the husband for a quick snack until dinner. Had a combination burrito which held me over. Cost for just that seemed to be higher and frankly, overrated. Husband had two soft tacos and a bean burrito without a drink, and over $15.00 for four items. Gonna have to stop taking in “quick snacks” at over $15.00 for those items. Establishment appeared clean. Taste of food items … “okay”.

Messed my order up, numerous times. Poor quality products, old food, not even close to what’s pictured. What’s worse is I complain to corporate and they where supposed to send me a $10 gift card for their mess ups…they said no more than 10 business days…its been more than a month! Matter of fact I’m lowering my rating to 1 star

I was warned by multiple people in this area about the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Phelan. I went there wasn’t bad but just the chicken tasted Bland. I don’t know if they forgot some of them secret recipe or what but I can say it was okay it was edible but not for $55 for a bucket of chicken and some chicken tenders. Way overpriced. But I think everything’s way overpriced nowadays so maybe it’s within the range.

chicken fries biscuits were reheated and stale and dry I spent 40 bucks and messed up my stomach there were a few cars parked outside idk why they had food sitting out that long and drive thru smells like fort spray when your ordering also got a burrito and iv never been more disgusted in my life from fast food will not be coming back
