We are from out of town and wanted to visit a Waffle House before going home. We had an amazing experience. Our waiter Collin made the atmosphere so fun. It was easily some of the best service we’ve ever gotten. The food was very good and we all left full and satisfied. Thank you Collin for making our first Waffle House experience so memorable!

I have never seen a better run Waffle House. The staff ran like a well old machine I could not believe the number of people that were there. I have never been to this particular house before, but I am a regular. They worked quickly efficiently and the food was hot and delicious.

They were very busy, but well worth the wait. They were quick and efficient in getting people checked out, tables bussed and cleaned to make room for guests that were waiting. Xtina was polite and professional, Marshall was absolutely adorable and there’s even a woman with a Waffle House tattoo working the grill; if that doesn’t show love for her job/company… I’m not sure what does! Go there, you won’t be sorry!

A worker was blowing and wiping his nose behind the counter. And then started stacking clean plates without washing his hands. I did let one of the servers know but the plates didn’t get moved from the stack and he just kept on stacking. We left without ordering anything.

Waited for over 15 minutes to be waited on. They are normally all over it. 4 other tables waited on before us. Was totally ignored even after asking about service. There are only 7 tables and the counter with 3 waitresses. Finally the manager took our order. This is the second waffle house we been to in the past 3 weeks with terrible service.

Came in not busy for 3 people is working. Tables not clean. The server (Marshall) was rude and condescending when giving an our order. Didnt clean the table off when we sat down. Even when asked for a rag she threw it on the table and we had to clean it ourselves(takes 2 seconds). After 20 minutes of sitting the previous drinks and knapkins weren’t removed. Worst experience I have ever received at this location. Brandon was the cook and did a phenomenal job everything cooked was great although my order was taken wrong. Missi was great as well. Beside the point. No customer should have to clean their own table and then take a negative attitude from the employee serving them.
