I ordered Carbone’s for the first time. I have to admit I was a little hesitant with some of the negative reviews, especially about the wait times and the order being messed up. I had it delivered through Door Dash on a Friday night, so I was fearing a cold, late delivery. I had ordered a small cheese and pepperoni pizza with extra sweet sauce and garlic crust, along with an order of bread sticks. The price was reasonable, even with the Door Dash fees. I was pleasantly surprised when my order actually arrived earlier than the 45 minute quote online for delivery time. The food? It’s probably now in my top 5 area pizza places. It was warm, soft, chewy, and simply a delicious Buffalo style pizza. I will be ordering again!

Food, service, and price were all EXCELLENT! I love their sweet sauce. We ordered a sheet pie for a family of four, so we have leftovers for days. The staff was very friendly both on the phone and in store. Food was ready when I arrived for pick up (it was shortly after quoted time).

The food that they did actually get right, was good! As for them not giving me EVERYTHING that I ordered was VERY FRUSTRATING! Then when I called them after I got home (which is literally 15-20 minutes from my house) I realized that I didn’t get everything I had ordered and when I called and asked for a manager the “person” who answered the phone asked (HER EXACT WORDS) ” What you need a manager for?” And I told her I was calling because I was missing half of my order and it’s not like their prices were good (because they WEREN’T, IT WAS SOOOOO EXPENSIVE) She stated (while popping gum in my ear) well there’s no manager here, I asked ok when with they be back and she said (and im not even joking) “IDK why don’t you just call nonstop and I’m sure you’ll get one of them.” And then hung up on me The worst part of it is….. I STILL HAVEN’T HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE AND HAVE YET TO GET EITHER MY MONEY BACK OR THE FOOD THAT I NEVER GOT..

This place sucks. I live local and order out at least 3 days a week. I try to split my orders between here and Lovejoy pizza. Support both local places. Last three times I’ve order from here. The food is thrown together by pre school kids it seems . I’ve had to wait over 20 mins from the time I was told to be there. And twice I was giving the wrong food. I will no longer support this place.

As a dasher this place is horrible. The pickup was supposed to be ready at 10:10 pm. When I arrived the lady at the front told me 10 more mins. After 20 more mins of waiting I get told another 6 mins. They obviously have no clue on how to tell time or how to make an order correctly. I work at a pizzeria myself and never had a dasher wait longer than 5 mins for a simple order. The order was 2 cold subs(Turkey) an order of 5 Chicken fingers and an order of pizza logs and a chicken finger sub there’s no reason for a hour wait for an order! Especially since it’s going to a worker at a SISTERS HOSPITAL

Customer service there is terrible. Very rude staff. I am a long time lovejoy resident and I have ordered from there numerous times . What is making me write this review is every time I go there I am never greeted or thanked while in turn when I receive my order I always tell them thank you . I am nit patronizing this establishment any longer die to that fact and when I last ordered a ham sub from them the sandwich was thrown together making it very messy and un-enjoyable due to how the condiments were messily thrown on the sandwich and running down my arm in shock the tomatoes were falling out of the sandwich as well

Came in for a sheet pizza and a small white pizza. Called for a pick-up at 8 and was told 40-45 minutes. Arrived at 8:45 and food wasn’t ready. While I waited there, I watched the staff argue and yell at each other, mess up about 4 or 5 simple orders, and people dropping off what looked like alcohol for one of the workers. At one point, there were 8 others waiting inside the small front area for their orders that were late. I was ready to just leave, but I had family in town and didnt want to have to order from somewhere else and be eating at 10PM. Food was finally ready at 9:15 and was just plain bad and my order was incorrect. Will scratch them off my list of Buffalo pizzerias.

I haven’t been here in quite a while but as I remember the service was always lacking a little, the workers were friendly enough but the speed and efficiency at how they worked wasnt great, but when you consider how large of an area that Carbones covers and how small of a place it is it’s understandable why service isnt that great. I always get a Big T sub and it’s amazing every single time (except for the rare instance its not) and it always keeps me coming back. To me the pizza is kind of *eh* but it’s not bad. I wouldnt sit inside and eat because as mentioned it is very small and has only a single round table.

Fantastic experience all around. I had a walk in order of a half a royal and while waiting I noticed nothing except excellent customer service and what looked like great food being picked up. My sub was beyond what I expected and I have found my new sub and wing place. I highly recommend giving them a try.
