It was our first time eating here. We were pleasantly surprised. Food was good and the prices were affordable. I had the Friday special of fried catfish with two sides and a drink plus hush puppies. If you’re in Clinton and need to grab a quick bite, give them a try.

The food was subpar! The food tastes so much better at the original Grandsons. The staff at the counter didn’t know how to ring up orders. I had to give her my order three times, and then when the food came out, it was two sets of the same food. Then my mom waited forever on her food. “They forgot about it.” How, though? I don’t think I’ll go back.

One of the best places to eat in all of Clinton especially if you like Southern or fried food. It has the very best macaroni and cheese I’ve ever had with such a friendly staff and very quick to service. It may seem a little pricey but it comes with a lot of food, one plate is almost enough to feed two people but I recommend getting one a piece and picking your favorites cuz it is so delicious. Like I said if you plan on being in Clinton or looking for a great place to eat you cannot go wrong here. Check it out!

This is a great quick service restaurant, it is clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. We ordered the bbq chicken plates with 2 sides and beverages for under $20.00. We’ll be visiting again and we recommend giving Great Grandsons a visit.
