The service was very slow. One of customer waited 25 minutes for his order. The cashier indicated they would skip his order in front of other customers after complaining about the wait. My order also took 25 minutes longer than what the my order confirmation estimate. I witness another customer complain that her order was wrong and they had to redo the order. The cashier had a very bad attitude with customers. Customers waited near the indicated sign for pick up and were told they did not like customers standing in that area. I waited at the end of the counter and another employee uttered it was probably not a good place to stand as he walked by to get chips for another order. That sign should be moved if it is inconvenient for employees. Customers are not at fault for standing where indicated and should not be disrespected for following signage.

It’s pretty tough to beat a good Firehouse Sub. This location was pretty empty on a Saturday night but still took about 10 minutes to get our 2 small sandwiches to us. Not the end of the world, but certainly not ideal.

Service was great!!! However my food was not cooked. We couldn’t eat it and ended up throwing it away. First time I’ve ever had bad food there so this is not typical.

Did not like this sandwich. when i ordered online it gives options of hot sandwiches and cold so when i ordered a regular sandwich it was delivered warm, bread soggy and mayo hot, yuck. i called to speak to the manager and he ended the call after sying all of our subs are hot…..wow wasn’t expecting that, and he didn’t call back so it was intentional. say what you want as a reply to this post but it us facts.

I had a free Medium sub as a birthday offer and wow was it great. If you sign up for their rewards, they give you a free medium sub in your birthday (expires 5 days after) and of course I had to try it out.

I think we only get hook and ladder as it is absolutely delicious the bread can get soggy, but you can still eat it and it taste good , I don’t care for the pickle, but other people I know love them they have cookies and many diet soda choices. They used to have that super crushed ice, but the last time I was there it was gone.

When you call the store to speak to a manager they hang up without speaking. Ordered a sub for delivery and when i received it it was hot i guess they toasted it. was not good I dont like eating hot mayo. 3 bites of a 11″ sub and i was done almost $20 for a sub and a bag of chips.

It’s decent. The meat is good. I got a salad and ended up picking out quite a bit of the pieces due to them being extremely brown and wilted but overall the salad was decent. Hubby got a sandwich and he liked it. I feel the quality of the products have gone down since we started eating firehouse all those years ago. But then again so has the quality of everything.

Nothing necessarily was bad or wrong, just disappointed in how long it takes. I understand they make the sandwiches fresh and that it takes them time to be made, and that almost every business is understaffed. But if you’re in a hurry, or under a time constriction because, for example, you only get 30 minutes for your lunch break, I suggest either ordering ahead on the app or however they do it, or using door dash or Uber eats or something… Or just going next door to Publix and getting a fresh sub from the deli! Much faster!
